I always get good service here, but I do wish that the hours would be corrected on here. I am getting on the road for a few hours and wanted to grab a coffee. Hours on here say 9:30 closing time. (It is a Friday). Lights are on the sign and it was maybe 9:10. They turned me away. I just request hours to be updated bc it definitely seems deceiving when it says 9:30 and drive thru is lit up. Disappointed for rushing there out of my way to find out that they are closed and don't want it to happen to anyone else. Please update your hours on here, or stay open until 9:30 if those are accurate.
The workers were all so amazing. The drink was amazing as was all the staff. My problem and the reason for the 1 star review is because of the temperature in the store!! It was so extremely hot inside! My ice started to melt in my drink and I was sweating! It is WAY TOO HOT!! My drink was watered down and I was a sweaty mess!! STARBUCKS DO BETTER!!!

The biggest issue I have is when they close this location early. I've come through here later on Sundays, but this spot doesn't close until 9pm. Two weeks ago I came through at 8:35 and they denied service because they closed at 8pm. Even though their hours online said 9pm. Tonight I came through at 8:28 and have had to wait 25 minutes through the drive through and there was maybe 5-6 cars in front of me. Which already seems slow, but I'd rather wait and be serviced tonight then deal with this chaos in the morning. Then when I took the time to wait through this line tonight and neither drink is made correctly and I'm charged an extra $.80 for each drink for these modifications that weren't added it's really annoying to deal with. If this location wasn't the closest to my home I really wouldn't come here. It's like a 50/50 chance you actually get what you ordered, at least with my past experiences.
I was in and what I witnessed was beyond the pale. A woman came in with a service dog and sat down for approximately 15 seconds to finish a call so she wasn't on the phone while ordering. Some employee, I assume a manager, rushed up to her, accosted her, and when it was all said and done, he flat out refused to serve her and kicked her out.
I walked out. That was unreal. I've worked retail for years and I've never seen a power trip quite like that.

My order was correct and employees were nice only thing is I was in line for 25 mins with only 2 cars ahead of me don't get me wrong I understand they get busy but still irritating and you could argue I could've gotten out of line but there wasn't room for me to even get out of line so I just stayed

This Starbucks has the most rudest workers with the nastiest attitudes. Even the manager.. If they get your order wrong just suck it up and take the loss unless you want to deal with them being rude to you for them getting your order wrong. Js
A cashier wasn’t very helpful when I asked for recommendations and rushed me, and we were the only ones ordering inside.

My matcha Latte was very burnt tasting with a lot of excess powder in the bottom of my cup. It was so much extra powder it came up in clumps when I tasted the drink. Usually a better experience as the speed of service and customer courtesy is always great. Very disappointed headed to a meeting and couldn’t enjoy my hot drink on a 12 degree morning

Staff was rude, couldn't even say someone will be with you in a minute. I stood there waiting for service. Manager had the same attitude. I would pick another location. And you want to strike for better wages, how about better service first.
