This Starbucks has the most rudest workers with the nastiest attitudes. Even the manager.. If they get your order wrong just suck it up and take the loss unless you want to deal with them being rude to you for them getting your order wrong. Js

My matcha Latte was very burnt tasting with a lot of excess powder in the bottom of my cup. It was so much extra powder it came up in clumps when I tasted the drink. Usually a better experience as the speed of service and customer courtesy is always great. Very disappointed headed to a meeting and couldn’t enjoy my hot drink on a 12 degree morning

Staff was rude, couldn't even say someone will be with you in a minute. I stood there waiting for service. Manager had the same attitude. I would pick another location. And you want to strike for better wages, how about better service first.

Left my house a half hour early for a simple iced coffee, and here I am late for my shift and coffee-less because the drive through line did not move once over the span of 20 minutes. Ridiculous, get it together

Coffee was entirely wrong, which is totally ridiculous for how much I paid. Lady at the window nearly rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a drink carrier. No "welcome, how can I help you, have a good day, thank you for coming", nothing. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had at a Starbucks. I'll take my service to Tim Hortons next time.
