I'm all for people having the right to protest PEACEFULLY for whatever reason but when the picketers are aggressively yelling at customers that crosses a line. If those people are employees they should not have a job with Starbucks. There is no need for that.

The new hot protein lattes, specifically the matcha because I haven’t had the other one, are genuinely undrinkable.. like literally is just a block of gritty foam that tastes so bad. You can’t even sip it through the lid it’s that thick. And this has happened the past 5 times I have ordered it since it came out. And every single time I’m just told by the employees that it “keeps happening” and there isn’t much they can do. So if you’re unable to make it properly for whatever reason please just say that when I’m ordering it and stop wasting people’s time and money?

The inside isn't very clean, the floors are very sticky. The drive thru has garbage everywhere. I only go here becuase its on my way to work and the other Starbucks is 10 mins put of my way. I usually prefer order and then can never get it right even though it says on the sticker exactly what I want.
I always get good service here, but I do wish that the hours would be corrected on here. I am getting on the road for a few hours and wanted to grab a coffee. Hours on here say 9:30 closing time. (It is a Friday). Lights are on the sign and it was maybe 9:10. They turned me away. I just request hours to be updated bc it definitely seems deceiving when it says 9:30 and drive thru is lit up. Disappointed for rushing there out of my way to find out that they are closed and don't want it to happen to anyone else. Please update your hours on here, or stay open until 9:30 if those are accurate.

The workers were all so amazing. The drink was amazing as was all the staff. My problem and the reason for the 1 star review is because of the temperature in the store!! It was so extremely hot inside! My ice started to melt in my drink and I was sweating! It is WAY TOO HOT!! My drink was watered down and I was a sweaty mess!! STARBUCKS DO BETTER!!!
