Terrible company. Don’t care about their customers experience in their store. Place an order 20 minutes ahead and do not order in person. Company doesn’t offer birthday rewards if you don’t use their app to make purchases at their locations. Which it doesn’t state on their website.

In my opinion, Starbucks on Central is not friendly. The manager seems to think that it’s OK to serve somebody more than half foam for almost $13 and they did this to me twice this is unacceptable.

The people were rude and their stuff is over priced and overrated.
Very rude and unfriendly!! I’m not sure what barista name is…. But my daughter and I both were very polite told her thank you have a good night even repeated saying thinking she didn’t hear is.. she definitely did and just rolled her eyes at us…. My poor daughter feeling were hurt as she asking me why was she rude.. Do better please!!

depends some days they're fast other days they don't even pay attention to the customers today I'm hear waiting on the same shake. espresso I get every day over 10 minutes with no one ordering the mobile orders are more important than those who place them on the inside I've started going to Kroger now and they have nicer staff LOVE STARBUCKS! I work in the restaurant business and our customers are top priority here they're not
