This place is good when they actually have the ingredients. They have been out of vanilla bean for about 4-5 days not able to make barley any frappuccinos. When they can make them they are sort of watery and runny but overall they are pretty good.

You guys have seriously gotta have two people closing. One person on the clock and then going on break is pretty inconvenient for people placing a mobile order ahead and getting there to see no one working. The lights are also left on when on break, which if I remember right they're meant to turn those off. But my complaining aside, there is also one male employee who turned me away because he was on break cleaning, which I left him be for fifteen minutes while he did. The point is he shouldn't have to be cleaning on his break, there should be a second employee helping him.
This 1 star is not meant for any of the starbucks employees, but kroger as a whole to shed light on the scheduling*

Sha'nyla absolutely a pleasure. Location on second day of no hot drinks or espresso..she did talk me into a cold beverage but what!?
Have been going to this location for years. They have lost all the nice friendly employees and have replaced them with snotty younger employees. When I arrived my drink was ready but was not made properly. When I asked to have it remade properly I was given an attitude by Alondra. I don’t pay almost 7.00 for a coffee that isn’t made properly. It shouldn’t have been a problem to have it remade seeing how they did it wrong the 1st time

Everytime I order here or the lambertville one ( they are the 2 closest to my house) I always end up extremely disappointed, as a paying customer who gets charged for extra caramel and the crunch I would assume that would be provided, BUT I FEAR that is far what you’ll receive from here… seeing as the giving me the tiniest drop of caramel and crunch in my drink!. Then when asking as they’re making it if that’s extra caramel you get attitude as a reply. Therefor with how many times in a row that my drinks have been made shitty I will be giving my hard earned money (unfortunately seeing as I love this one drink) to a different coffee corporation
