I encountered the most delightful barista at the drive-through near closing time on Sunday (03/16) at 9:15 PM. I regret that I failed to ask for his name. Regardless of the sacrifice he was making by working at such a late hour, he was so kind and hospitable! Additionally, he prepared a very outstanding iced cherry chai latte w / almondmilk and non-dairy foam! I couldn't feel more blessed by the service and the drink! Thank you for the wonderful experience! ☕️♥️⭐️

These is the wordy Starbucks I have ever come by ..Not only did we have to repeat our order 3 different times because the cashier could not get it right ..when we came up to the drive thru they only gave us 2 of our drinks and asked us to pull over and park that one of the employees would take our other 2 drinks
After about 5 cars driving away from the drive thru I finally got of the car to find our drinks just sitting there while the drive thru continued giving out order
After I asked for our drinks I asked if I could have a straw To which the front counter cashier and another employee told me you can grab it on your way out the door ..
To begin with if we would have wanted to park we would have !!!!!!!
Horrible customer service at lease give them all a retraining they are lacking all of the proper customer service skills and a while lot less sarcasm please

I go there all the time to get a morning coffee. I get my drinks and snacks under my preferred name and everytime I come in there everyone is smiling and happy. They always draw cute little doodles on my things and write little notes and sayings here and there and it perks up my morning every single time I go in. It really helps give me a pep in my step. 🩷

From the friendly and welcoming associates to the fast drive-thru services. I never leave disappointed!!! It's hard to find great customer service and SEVERAL of the girls ensure that they go above and beyond.

This is the absolute slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've given this place multiple chances and it's never failed me to be waiting any less than 20 minutes. No excuse for how slow this place operates

We had a great experience at the Starbucks drive-thru thanks to Nick! They were out of the drink I originally ordered, but Nick was so accommodating and helped me find a new drink that was just as delicious. He really went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Great customer service, friendly attitude, and made our evening! Highly recommend!

As of right now, I am still waiting on a drink that was said to be ready by 2:54 and it is 3:10. Wild to order a drink 10 minutes earlier than that and be 25 minutes in without any drink still.
