I am DONE with Starbucks.I bought this small Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I got a whopping THREE swallows out of it because it was so full of ice and not even filled to the top. I would post a picture so you can see for yourself, but this review page doesn't allow it.$5.75. Screw you too.

After receiving my order, three of the staff at the end completely ignored me when I requested for a cup of ice. And the person taking my order gave me cold coffee drink when I requested hot.Too little too late after being ignored for after 5 minutes AND three other customers before me received their drinks before they left.Extremely rude.

Im only giving stars because the employees are usually very nice but this isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience here unfortunately. Recently I ordered a impossible breakfast sandwich with no cheese (dairy allergy) and it had cheese on it:( i was so disappointed. I have an allergy and spent $6 on a sandwich I couldn’t eat. I had to go to work immediately after so I couldnt get the problem fixed. I was so excited for my sandwich!

I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt..it’s convenient to me but I choose to travel further because it’s always poorly made. My order is always the same wherever I go and at this location it’s never right. I believe at this point Starbucks owes me for all my Carmel drizzle I order and don’t get! Iced chai latte always taste just like milk with sweet cold foam cream on top. Just not good compared to every other place I go. Please help them fix this problem.
