Asked for 2 ICED drink and she re read my order and it was correct. I get to the window and I receive 2 HOT drinks, and I tell her we ordered 2 ICED drinks and she said no I didn’t. I don’t rember her name but she was also rude. Don’t order her if you like ICED drinks.

I had the medicine ball, it did exactly what I needed it to do, soothe my throat from this weather change (summer to fall ).

I went in to get work done and purchased a latte in my personal cup. Later on I realized my water bottle was empty and needed to take my medication, I went up to the counter to ask for a cup of water on my way out and was told by a young lady that “unfortunately Starbuck’s new policy is that you have to make a purchase in order to get a free cup of water” I showed her my cup with the purchase sticker on it from earlier and she told me that she’d have to ask her manager. I just walked out. So highly disappointing, I paid almost $8 for a latte and couldn’t even get a cup of tap water? Unbelievable, I won’t be coming back here again

My son and I went to Starbuck drive thru. He ordered a refresher drink and I ordered an ice water with strawberries. Not paying attention until after we left I realized that he paid 11 dollars and some odd cents. Then he tells me that they charged him for a green tea for my water. An ice water with these nasty bits of bitter fake strawberries. Seriously? Over $5 for that garbage? How about you make a true, diabetic friendly drink for us diabetics in the back that nobody hears. Very disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the girl who served us was very sweet.

Sometimes, the baristas are really sweet, and sometimes I feel like an inconvenience, which makes it hard to come back.

I am very upset because I had placed an order here my order was messed up so I called and spoke with a manager that was a guy and he told me he was going to put my name in the book and I could come back whenever and have my order replaced so I went to get my order yesterday and the lady tells me basically that there books are rotated every month and basically I was lying and that they can’t replace my order unless I had my receipt. I was highly pissed off and will never return back there. I won’t refer anyone to go to that location either.

The customer service is terrible. I understand this location gets quite busy, however, the lack of customer service is terrible.
The past two times, I have stood in line (at the register , first in line) for over 10 mins without being greeted. I had to ask “excuse, me, I haven’t been helped yet.”
“Oh we are sorry didn’t see you there.”
The first time they completely forgot my drink order
-I order a plain hot green tea
The second time they slid the iced coffee over almost tipped it over and the woman rolled her eyes and turned away.
Working in a fast workplace is difficult I have experience myself, however, it is incredibly important to at least greet your customers, check in with them let them know
“Hey! we will be with you shortly. Sorry about the wait. Heck! SMILE! Say have a great day.” Etc…
This location has gone completely down hill and it’s a shame. I miss the other crew that actually seemed to care about the customers experience.
To note:
This trip was rather special one for myself—
I’m in recovery and recently experienced a death in the family within the last two weeks.
This was my first outing on my own and even though it’s only a green tea, it was a treat to myself for making it through another day, another week.
I’ll be choosing a different location going forward. It’s not worth 30 minutes out of my day for 1-2 beverages and crappy customer service.
