The barista had no idea what I was ordering , she had to look at my phone . I wanted a grande veranda blend which is just a normal brewed coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. She gave me a latte with vanilla syrup in which I’m a diabetic so I cannot have a lot of sugar. It didn’t even taste correct . I will not go to another Kroger Starbucks again. I also wanted the chicken sandwich in which it said they had online but I guess they didn’t. Tried to scan my rewards like I do Every time and she stated the bar code had to be bigger. Nothing she said made any sense at all. They need more people who actually know what they are doing to work at this Starbucks because no one wants to pay for an already not cheap coffee and get the wrong thingDietary restrictions: Diabetic

I myself can't drink any coffee l got some for a friend they told me that it was wonderful. They said that they definitely will be going back. By the way it was there first time drinking coffee from there. Hope this helps because they do there best for there customers.

Took the barista over 15 minutes to make 2 drinks that I normally get in 5 minutes. Also I paid extra for extra pumps and I never tasted them once I started drinking it ..

My experience was not well the manager became overwhelmed with orders and actually decided not to take any more orders in the lobby whilst the mobile orders and the drive-thru orders were being taken care of this is unacceptable
