I get a mocha Frappuccino every day. 6 out of 10 times, it does not taste the way it's supposed to. Sometimes, it tastes so bad I go inside to have them remake it. When I order hot food, it is often cold in the middle. They are not consistent, and I wish they were.

The staff was extremely friendly and working at a rapid pace! I came during a busy time and didn't use the app, so I waited about 10 minutes for my order. Everyone was working their tails off. Kudos to the Saturday morning crew, you all rock! Thanks for the delicious coffees!

i come to this location quite often during school, and i have never had a bad experience! the staff are all so nice, and they are very pleasant to chat with. the inside of this location is also always exceptionally clean, and the drivethru never is too long of a wait. this is definitely one of the best starbucks stores in this area!

Ordered 5 drinks and reviewed order with the person at the drive thru. Was told "that's not what you ordered". Was very rude from the beginning. This isn't the first I've heard this about this location. Live right around the corner and will not be back.

Terribly disrespectful staff, which is supported by the manager 100%. He's more worried about fitting in. Terrible service and the product put out at this location is less that subpar. Do yourself a favor and take a look at how filthy it is behind the line. Most of the staff are more concerned about how they look and/or if they are looking more like a boy or girl, or whatever they are transitioning to!

absolutely LOVE the morning crew. very sweet and kind. my favorite barista (i dont know they're name, a fellow ginger) is the absolute sweetest person ever. very welcoming and kind! im moving soon, and i will miss seeing them almost everyday! my venti ice chai's and chocolate croissants wont be the same
