This is the second time that I've ordered from Postmates and the system apparently is not connecting 100% to this location. And if your order is not in the system and you've ordered with postmates, you have to get out of line and reorder instead of getting a courtesy to reorder while you're there. This is extremely unacceptable. It seems like the whole franchise is not in sync with what they are advertising.

The food wasn't too bad. But they forgot half our order, so we had to wait in line again. Different vehicles keep having people throw toys and trash outside in the parking lot while waiting to pay and get their food. You could bately hear the girl at the window and it didn't seem like they cared much. We also were not the only car to have to come back because of an error on our meal.

Leon Dre took our order and he did an amazing job. He was very respectful and polite and truthfully was a breath of fresh air. We just came from the Steak N Shake on Reynolds and had a terrible experience. Also the food here at the Monroe location was fresh and hot and delicious! Great experience!! We were very happy with the service by Leon Dre!!

Waited in line for 15 to 20 min with only 2 cars ahead of us. When we finally got our food the fries were over cooked and the sandwiches were squished. They didn't give us our pop until after we reminded them. Then the pop was warm with no ice. This was the worst steak n shake we have been to.

This Monroe Street Steak 'n Shake provided a disappointing experience. We ordered online around 5:30pm and was told our 6 milkshakes would be ready at 5:50. We arrived curbside on-time and no one answered the phone number provided. We went through the drive through and they confirmed they got our order. We then waited in the parking lot and finally received the shakes at 6:15 pm. Not one other car pulled up or went through the drive through... it was empty. Our shake order was correct, but 4 out of 6 shakes were sticky on the outside. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I absolutely love this place. I've been going here since I was a kid, and the place still has the same delicious taste. The food is really good, especially for how low it is priced. The worker who served us was so nice, and did not take too long to prepare the food. And don't even get me started on the milkshakes: they make the best ones out of anywhere else I've been!

We seen that this location had opened back up. Well I think it should have stayed closed. Worst service I’ve ever seen in my life. We were ripped off. Paid extra for fries and they told us they had none. So our meals were 1 burger and 1 grilled cheese. How filling. Very unhelpful and told us that they didn’t really have any other sides to offer us and to dispute the charge with our bank. Really? Pathetic customer service. I’ll go spend my money at some other fast food place before I ever spend another dime here.
