I do not leave reviews often but I don’t think this Steak n Shake gets enough credit for the improvements that have been made. A few years ago I would come here and wait 45+ minutes for an order that ended up being wrong. Today and the past 4-5 times I’ve come, I haven’t waited anymore than 5 minutes for my order in the drive thru… but the FOOD. Is absolutely delicious, my burger (western burger add lettuce and tomato) has been 5 STARS the past couple of months I’ve been here. My fries are always fresh. Everything is just good. I genuinely have nothing but good things to say. I’m so happy, as someone who grew up eating here, you guys are continuing to stand. Hope you continue to for a long, long time as I will continue to be a customer for the duration lol

Gave me a milk shake that was missing a quarter of the cup. They refused to fix it or add more or make it right in any way. I was told by manager that she’d have a talk with the staff about making them correctly but she wouldn’t make it right for customer.

It was so cold in this place it was unbearable! We ordered dine in before realizing it was so cold in the restaurant! I sat down while my daughter finished ordering and the table and booths were shockingly cold! It's ridiculous that management thinks there dining room has to be so cold! We won't be going back! Wise up management & keep your dining rooms comfortable, not FREEZING COLD! Owners are stupid to let them run up these costs & make the dining area unbearable!!

My husband and I went up there this afternoon to grab lunch and they ran our payment and then told us that the machine was offline (I understand that they can’t control that) but when we said it had charged us and they said on there end it didn’t go through so in turn we got double charged and when we said something they said it will automatically refund one of them (we are waiting to see if that happens) then when we got home we looked at the order and he had received chicken tenders and fries instead of a burger and fries. We called up there to get it fixed and the phone just kept ringing and disconnecting we finally got through and they said to come back and get it fixed

One of my daughter’s favorite spots to eat. Always yummy at an affordable price. Today we had the best service — the crew was so kind to my four year old and infant. The employee working the grill went out of his way to make sure my daughter had crayons and even opened the door for me as I carried out my infant. Extremely impressed by the service and kindness of this staff. Thank you! ❤️
