This bakery did not disappoint! My fiancé told me great things about this place but I needed to see for myself. I live in another state but needed to order my soon to be hubby the perfect bday cake! From the time they answered the phone the experience was amazing. They made the cake exactly as the picture but the flavor and moisture of the cake was even more amazing. I highly recommend and definitely will be ordering again. Thank you so much!!

Best donuts in Toledo! Hands down!I bought a dozen for some business guests from the UK and they were obsessed to the point they wanted to bring some back with them.
I stopped in yesterday (2-23-24) on a recommendation. I was wanting a cake or a slice to celebrate my birthday, I seen the German Chocolate cake in the glass display and also seen all the donuts. I purchased two apple fritters and the cake. The young lady behind the counter was a hoot, had me laughing (thank you so much). Well today (2-24-24) is my 64th birthday and I am so happy I stopped by. The best baked goods I have had since my grandmother baked some 40 years ago.

Strachn's bakery is one of the best little gems in Toledo. Stunning cakes, melt in your mouth donuts & pastries, and other goodies! My daughter called it the Donut Store for years! Apple fritters you would smack your Mama for!

Forgot to pre order my wife's birthday cake, she loves cherry chip (not common). Called at 7 am and asked could they have it by 2 after calling 5 other places and being turned down-they said absolutely! Got the cake home and it's one of the best we have had! It was perfect and my Wife was impressed. Thanks Strachn!
