If you don't know subway, it hasn't changed much. Good prices have gone up, but that's par with inflation everywhere. The staff is friendly and the store was clean.

I don’t know what is the point of ordering online. You wait for the order 20 minutes and then the app shows it is ready for pickup. Once you arrive there they will tell you oh we just got it and you need to wait another 30 minutes. That doesn’t make sense. I order online because I don’t want to wait. It is funny if you go to store they will make it for you in 15 minutes. The question is why they have online order? This is the second store I have the same problem

There is a dark-skinned girl who doesn't like her job. She gives you 4 halves of olives, that is, 2 olives and when you ask her to please give me a little more, she has a bad attitude and then she doesn't even mark the sandwiches to know which is which... a terrible service that on top of that makes you feel uncomfortable. I'm not going to go to this Subway again until they hire decent workers. I'll go to the one on Secor Rd where the worker tells you that he loves his work and shows it.

Subway Laskey Rd Toledo Ohio. worst service ever was there on September 5th had a Subway coupon for buy one get one free the only thing it excluded were the wraps refused to honor it and teenaged girl behind counter since I said I was going to take it up with corporate yells as I was leaving obscene words to me. Called their corporate office and no response from them. use to be good customer service don't waste your time because they are not worth you spending your money at this one.

Asked for my sub to NOT be toasted. They toasted it anyway. Then they tell me the soda machine is broken AFTER I have already ordered two soft drinks. When I mentioned that they should have told me about the soda machine BEFORE I placed my order, they immediately got all defensive and said there were signs on the machine. Poor customer service. Also, supposedly BOTH bathrooms are out of order and they didn't give us ANY napkins.

The customer service sucks. There's a biracial girl and a white boy that do not like their jobs or their customers. My friend and I were yelled at and disrespected the whole time we were in there. I bought 3 footlongs, chips, drinks ,and cookies and they acted like they didn't want to serve us. Rushed us and was just disrespectful. Yelled that I needed to leave at 10 because I was playing cards, but it was 10 mins to close. These kids need better training or they need to be fired.

Light on mayo(not)Extra black olives(not)50% more tuna and you pay extra for that.This is not the first time Laskey Subway has been a disappointment but it will be the last. Guess you have to stand there and babysit, to make sure they do their jobs.

I don't feel that they are hygienic enough for me to eat their food. I'm extremely observant with what they touch/how they handle their food while making it. Seen employees coming out of the back no gloves no washing of hands touching their face and making food. They have a good product just lack in disciplined proper food handling procedures in my opinion. I also dislike their business of over priced sugar filled drinks that have zero health benefits that they make most of their money off of. I know subway owners and they told me the biggest profit is on soda which is garbage. They push it like it's good and healthy for you with every meal served. Ridiculous. Most of the public probably do not know these things. All fast food makes a fortune off of sugar loaded drinks.
