They don’t change change the food they serve old meat and old vegetable to people they don’t properly refrigerate their produce and have flys so bad that they be touching all the breads meats cheese and cookies

The guy working on 11/3 at 8:30p with the purple glasses was extremely nice. He was very customer service oriented. Definitely deserves a payed day off. Need more people like him.

Really nice customer service. don't really know why people have given low ratings. they always make the sub perfect. the new sandwich artists are extremely nice.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online. One was missing nearly everything on it, it had meat and bread, that's it. Didn't put the sauce, vegetables, or cheese on it. $14 for bread and meat. The other sandwich was missing cheese and wasn't toasted. Double checked to make sure our order online was correct and it was. Seems like whoever made the sandwiches just didn't bother to check what they were making.
In summary, if you're going to order online, don't use this location.

Edit: who hired the junkie? I asked for the managers name and he just stared at me, and he’s walking with his legs straight out stumbling all over. Im writing this at 10:02, just got my order.
Placed an online order around 9pm, got to the store a little after. It’s 9:46 and instead of making multiple peoples food he is wiping things down? While I’m standing here. Not only that, he said he can’t give me turkey nor can he sub anything, just give me a refund which since it was an online order, takes days.
If you can help it, don’t go to this subway. The person working should be ashamed of himself. I bet his parents are proud !

I've had the same experience with the same male worker here that everyone else seems to have had- waited 50 mins for a sandwich cause dude could not handle anything. Slowest human I've ever encountered, asked for a numbered sandwich and he said he doesn't know what that is so he can't make it, something was definitely wrong with my dude. The girl that works nights is super nice though- hope she didn't quit ?

I understand not making them incorrect without asking, but a call or message would have been helpful as I’m in a time crunch. Thanks subway for not being prepared or trying to make the best decisions.

Literally the worst experience ever. Came in and was the only person, around 5:30pm yesterday. First he toasted my bread with the cheese like I asked. Then the guy took literally 5 minutes to go get tuna then took 2 more minutes scraping every last bit into the new container. After finally doing that he slowly spread it out then before asking me about my toppings proceeded to start toasting another online order. So he comes back to me after like 12 minutes and tells me they have no containers for anything so I can't get pickles on the side. He spent another few minutes looking for containers then getting a bag to do it. Coming up on like 17-18 minutes he starts topping my subs. He finished them, bags them and after maybe 22-23 minutes has them IN THE BAG ON THE COUNTER... What does he do? Goes back to make MULTIPLE subs for online orders. Also he was FOR SURE high. One guy working dinner time and he's too high to function. After watching him work on other subs, knowing mine were coming up on 30 minutes since being toasted I walked out. I didn't say anything because he had a very "idgaf" manner. Pants sagged, slurring words, etc. Dude literally could care less. Worst experience in a food establishment probably like ever. Of all time. Completely incompetent.

I always order 1 sub every time, and they are always empty when I come in, but I have to wait 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time every time. They just completely ignore online orders until you arrive to pick it up.

There was no Management in the store or so I was told they wouldn't honor the buy one get one free BOGO almost a $40 order they try to tell me to leave because I want to call corporate to report the fact that I didn't get my discount I was supposed
