Had no Mayo or most sauces, no lettuce, and the two slowest highest workers I've ever seen. My goodness is it disgusting and depressing in there. They spoke below whispering level... where the hell are the managers? Same staff as months ago and it's ATTROCIOUS. Never go to the South Byrne location and tell these dudes to SPEAK UP and SPEED UP.

These people have the simplest job putting already prepared meat on already prepared bread, crunchy old bread so they force you to get it toasted so you can’t tell that it’s old and stale well guess what? I’m a baker and I definitely knew the difference between fresh toasted bread and hard toasted bread, disgusting zero stars !!!!!!!!

I went to this Subway around 1:00 on a Sunday. I was the only customer in there and when I walked to the counter, I was told just a minute that he was working on a take out order. I said OK, because there was another employee there who I thought would be helping me. Well after 3-4 minutes, he came out to re-fill the chip rack. He had seen me, but decided that filling an already full chip rack was more important than helping a customer. The employee who was making the pickup order was standing there waiting for the sandwich to get out of the toaster oven not even starting my sandwich. This place has really gone down hill. I went to the Maumee Subway and I was greeted when I walked in the door and my sandwich was made and I was in and out in two minutes.
