I've stopped in twice for lunch and everything has been good. Quick and the staff was pleasant.

Ordered online almost an hour before picking up; once I got there, I waited another 15 minutes to be told they were out of bread. No phone call. No notice. Waiting well over an hour for a refund. Won't be returning.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish! Ordered two subs ahead on the app, arrived about a minute or two earlier than estimated time it said to make them. No problem, was fine with or expecting to wait another minute or so, after arriving. Go up to side of register where carry out orders are picked up and I am approached by employee. She asks my name and goes to look for my order. Comes back and says my order is not made because they are out of chicken strips for buffalo chicken sub. A little disappointed, but whatever. It is what it is. She proceeds to say “we have rotisserie chicken but that might taste weird.” I responded “hmm weird!?” Having spent over 10 years in the restaurant/service industry I’m just thinking in my mind, pshh nice upsell ? I asked what do you mean, like the chicken is bad?! She responds “no, it just is shredded and has seasoning in it already.” I agreed to just go ahead and substitute that for my buffalo chicken sub. She agrees, and I go to wait behind customer who is making an in restaurant Togo order. Mind you, there are two employees working here. But only one making sandwiches. Finally the same employee I spoke with previously begins to make my subs. I ordered two different types of bread. She tells me she accidentally put the wrong sub on the bread. I responded, no worries just got ahead and keep it that way! Now being 10-15 minutes past my estimated pick up time. Another customer walks in after me at this point. Not either employee greats her. The other customer continues to stand there as same employee continues to slowly make my subs as she complains about other customers and how horrible her day has been. The other employee pays other customer no mind as we’ll and he begins to tear down the cooler as if they’re about to close. It is 6:40 p.m. on a Sunday. Next as she’s dressing the second sub she informs me there is no red wine vinegar, another item I ordered that they’re out of. Again say that’s fine, I’ll do without. Finally, we’re getting to the end of the subs being made, her personal phone rings. Doesn’t hesitate for a second to answer it. While still wearing her gloves. Wraps my sandwiches up in paper and puts them in the bag. Without saying a word to me, pushes the bag towards me on the counter. Silly me, what did I expect?! She’s still busy with her phone conversation. I ask for a receipt for my order, still with zero verbal communication hands it to me and continues on with her conversation. No thank you, have a nice day, etc. Grand finale!… the other, elderly customer who walked in after me is still, waiting, and has not been spoken to or approached by either employee! Hope she had better luck, but I wouldn’t bet on it! Absolutely terrible display of any type of hospitality, manners, or even common courtesy. Can’t even give it an “A” for effort, because there was NONE!

Unremarkable sandwich, and my how the prices have increased. Service was decent. I long for a sandwich place in Huntington Beach, CA, called Fritzenkotter. The sandwiches were awesome. Fast food chains all taste average after a while.

Place was clean and well kept. Manager was on duty and very nice. All employees were working as a happy well oiled machine despite the high volume of customers. I’m very pleased with my experience.

This subway is fairly average, it's not by far the best I've seen but definitely not the worst. Facility is generally clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and proficient at their jobs. I got a turkey sub and it was what I would expect to get from subway.

Would give a zero as I walked in at 9:15 and the sign says closes at 9:30 and was told they were closed. I first thought it was a joke as there was a woman in there getting a sub as I walked in. Pretty disappointed.

Ever since this place got a new manager, the tall guy with glasses, service has drastically increased.

Called in advance to place order for pick up. Girl was rude & said I couldn't. So I drove there and their door is locked. Staff made decision to close 45min early. Will be contacting owner tomorrow

I’m sure the owner or corporate would be thrilled to know that they decided to close a 1/2hr early.
