This is a below-average subway. They don't have the complete subway menu, so be aware of this. But also, the employees didn't seem to know exactly what they were doing. We asked whether they had shredded mozzarella cheese, and the worker automatically just put on shredded cheddar cheese...I had to pick a piece of paper out of my sub because the worker cut my sub with the paper still wrapped around it.

Subway had hard bread and the mall at Franklin Parks going down in buisiness sad but true. Restaurants and stores all closing earlier then they're supposed to start giving stores fines for closing earlier

The lady is so rude.. garbage all over the place. Franklin park mall needs to get workers that are clean and respectful.. they give mall discounts for workers on their food... It's not the customer's fault that your education level isn't high enough to get a job that actually pays like you would like it to the customers that come and get you to make their sandwiches are the ones that are paying you you're $8 an hour will be who of you to treat them a little bit better.

They didn’t cut my foot long, they toasted it without asking me and didn’t put the ingredients that I specifically asked for and when I asked for fountain water they yelled at me

Very rude manager , employees didn't care at all of their jobs . I asked for a chicken sandwich on a 3inch and manager yelled saying they don't serve chicken on a 3 inch . that "No No No No No!!!" Made the whole experience bad . Being an unprofessional manager and rude at that to a customer .

Visited Franklin Park Mall, Toledo Ohio "Subway" . The sandwich was pretty good, but afterwards I seen one of the workers preparing a sandwich coughing into her plastic gloves, which she never changed, she continued making the next sandwich. At the same visit, I witness another lady preparing subway sandwiches, while she was sweating uncontrollable, she took her plastic gloves while still on her hands and wiped the sweat off with her gloves. That was extremely gross and I never seen her change her gloves. These are not teenagers, which should not matter, but these were older senior looking women. I believe they need some further training in hygiene around food service and products.
Terrible customer service even though we are loyal almost daily customers to Subway(more than one branch) we would go and ask for glass of ice which is common in all restaurant they all give you gladly with a smile. This branch had the worst staff ever seen in a restaurant, my wife has a type 1 diabetes (insulin dependent) and she asked for a glass of ice beacause she needed something to cool her hot drink(drinking is the fastest way to increase blood sugar when it drops) she refused to give her thankfully next shop gave her gladly and quickly without even asking a question and with a smile, shame on you, you have the worst attitude and customer service and I'm guessing judging by other reviews we are not the only one who think so they feel like they are doing everyone favors just for being there. Subway if you really care about customer service and your customers please fix the situation in this Branch ASAP!

I asked an employee in subway a glass of ice. and she tells me that you don't give that. i had an emergency situation I couldn't discuss it with her.do you really don't give a glass of ice to your customers? Cause that really upsets me.Every time I asked for ice they give me except this time I don't know why is it a racism or what?
