Says open at 8:30am today, not open at 9am when I came for food.

Absolutely love this subway and the people who work here. James the GM is very knowledgeable and always helpful.

If I could give 10 stars for service I would. I was there today around 5:30. The worker there was super sweet and helpful. He was attentive and very accommodating to my diet restrictions (new gloves and a clean knife) he has excellent customer service I just wish I got his name to put it on here. My sub was delicious.

Worker is nice, but every time I’ve been here, there is only worker present- even during lunch hours. It takes a very long time to get one sandwich. I have to imagine the owner could afford to employ another employee or two.

I just come for the Macadamia nut cookies. Mucho bueno!

Ordered a pizza they didn't give me any of the toppings I ordered and it was burnt .. I tried the nachos and they had very little ingredients on them. What a waste of money. I order my daughter a sub from there with only a lot of pickles nothing else and there was maybe six pickles .

Came in and ask for dozen cookies made fresh! Young kid who is at counter told me cookies are made fresh everyday! And we wont do it. Make me cookies fresh when im paying for them. Horrible customer service. At this location. All the other subways in toledo and surrounding areas will make orders fresh. So why do this location think there too good to do so?

Ava (employee) said this is the best Subway location, and then proceeded to prove it. If I could give it 6 stars, I would, but Google doesn't want me to overachieve. Food, fantastic. Service, fantastic. Cleanliness, top notch. Best Subway location in Toledo, change my mind.

Little guy with circle glasses was rude and aggressive... some of the worst customer service I've had in a subway. I didn't even finish ordering... AND, I think he's the manager.

Person helping me didn't listen to me at all and I kept having to repeat myself. I asked for a small amount of sauces, but they didn't listen and overloaded it and now the bread is soaked and soggy. And then the soda from the soft drink thing is flat only a minute after it came out of the spout too!
