Shar was my sub maker today and her customer service, her energy, her attention to detail was OUTSTANDING. Was a remarkable visit made by a wonderful person. And she made my sub sooo perfect .

great service, clean floors and bathroom, such nice workers, my food was amazing, perfectly toasted with a good amount of everything i added, almost extra!! love this place will continue to come back

Depends on which location you prefer and who is working. Some employees do a great job while others are too busy on their phones or chit chatting with friends who came to hang out. Most locations are clean. However knat infestations by the pop machines are common. Also....please bring back the peanut butter cookie!

Says open at 8:30am today, not open at 9am when I came for food.

Absolutely love this subway and the people who work here. James the GM is very knowledgeable and always helpful.

If I could give 10 stars for service I would. I was there today around 5:30. The worker there was super sweet and helpful. He was attentive and very accommodating to my diet restrictions (new gloves and a clean knife) he has excellent customer service I just wish I got his name to put it on here. My sub was delicious.

Worker is nice, but every time I’ve been here, there is only worker present- even during lunch hours. It takes a very long time to get one sandwich. I have to imagine the owner could afford to employ another employee or two.

I just come for the Macadamia nut cookies. Mucho bueno!

Ordered a pizza they didn't give me any of the toppings I ordered and it was burnt .. I tried the nachos and they had very little ingredients on them. What a waste of money. I order my daughter a sub from there with only a lot of pickles nothing else and there was maybe six pickles .

Came in and ask for dozen cookies made fresh! Young kid who is at counter told me cookies are made fresh everyday! And we wont do it. Make me cookies fresh when im paying for them. Horrible customer service. At this location. All the other subways in toledo and surrounding areas will make orders fresh. So why do this location think there too good to do so?

Ava (employee) said this is the best Subway location, and then proceeded to prove it. If I could give it 6 stars, I would, but Google doesn't want me to overachieve. Food, fantastic. Service, fantastic. Cleanliness, top notch. Best Subway location in Toledo, change my mind.
