Came here on my lunch break to find out they are closed with an electrician working wasted my lunch break because the website said open

We live out of state and we're passing through, and we had the best experience here out of every subway we have ever been to! The ladies working behind the counter on 10/23/2024 were the absolute best. They welcomed my friend and I instantly, which was nice after being on the bus so long, we had a great time super friendly super helpful gave opinions on food gave us a heads up on next months deals all around amazing service!

Greyhound bus pulls in; driver went to counter, and asked for a sandwich and guy (looks like manager) said I can't help you Boss, my toaster shut down for night; driver asked for cold sandwich and he still didn't want to accommodate...very bad customer service in my book!

These 3 women are totally awesome and went above and beyond to help me with a lot Ashleh, Stephanie, and Mindy are truly the best employees I've ever had the opportunity of meeting i hope they get raises because they really deserve it there just amazing people and I'm very glad that I got to meet them ??

The worst experience in subway they two guys working over there not treat good ..
It don’t make no sense for yall to be close for 15 minutes when people are coming on there lunch break. Now im hungry and back at work. REMIND YOU ITS MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE WORKING SO THERES NO NEED TO BE CLOSED !! I will never come back again

These workers also maintain the Bus Station itself. Really hoping they get the pay most importantly but the recognition they deserve. Fantastic location. Wonderful Staff. Highly recommended.

The women working here are kind, hardworking, and go above and beyond. I often have greyhound layovers in the MLK plaza, and their attitude and service always make my day.
Vegetarian options: the vegetables at this location are definitely more fresh than I’ve seen at other subways. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated the employees changing their gloves! They are always very careful with keeping ingredients separate and organized.
Dietary restrictions: The women always offer to change their gloves between orders to avoid potential allergen cross-contamination. It’s so considerate and I’ve honestly never been offered that at a subway before
