Customer service there sucks the young man making the sandwiches is very rude and no Customer service with him! The guy was making my sandwich then it was a Customer in front of me that had already paid and check but he forgot something and came back well the young man making my sandwich took his transaction but didn't change his gloves and then ask me what else I like on my sandwich I just told him forget it!! Yo this not the 1st time I've had issues with this location last time the guy made my boss sandwich so sloppy I just told him I'm not eating that!! Hey go to another subway that location sucks!!

This location is a joke. 9 times out of 10, either my sub is incorrect or my chips are missing. What am I paying for?

They never get online orders right. Have paid for double meat multiple times only to have to go back and get it fixed. Today they even forgot my cheese. If you get a sandwich from here, make sure you watch them make it or they will mess it up.

Couldn't find it
Terrible establishment. Constantly out of product and staffed by employees who don't seem to care. Stop in at 630pm and they've got chairs on tables and rugs in booths. Door and websites say they close at 9pm. Walked out annoyed after she recites her giant list of everything I can't get. This happens all the time at this particular establishment. Your better off spending your money at any other subway then this.

I don’t know what is the point of ordering online. You wait for the order 20 minutes and then the app shows it is ready for pickup. Once you arrive there they will tell you oh we just got it and you need to wait another 30 minutes. That doesn’t make sense. I order online because I don’t want to wait. It is funny if you go to store they will make it for you in 15 minutes. The question is why they have online order?
