Terrible establishment. Constantly out of product and staffed by employees who don't seem to care. Stop in at 630pm and they've got chairs on tables and rugs in booths. Door and websites say they close at 9pm. Walked out annoyed after she recites her giant list of everything I can't get. This happens all the time at this particular establishment. Your better off spending your money at any other subway then this.

I don’t know what is the point of ordering online. You wait for the order 20 minutes and then the app shows it is ready for pickup. Once you arrive there they will tell you oh we just got it and you need to wait another 30 minutes. That doesn’t make sense. I order online because I don’t want to wait. It is funny if you go to store they will make it for you in 15 minutes. The question is why they have online order?

as soon as i walked in one of the staff members and a group of kids made comments about me. they looked very un clean and broke and had nothing else to do but chill in a subway. please watch who you hire and if they are wearing gloves when they go back behind the counter after hanging out with they’re friends. giving dirty and broke lol i will make sure to go to another location next time lmao

The staff was terrible. They wanted to play around instead of doing their job. It took 3 people 20 mins to make 3 simple subs and the man working the register had the worst customer service ever. He wanted to keep distracting the woman making our sandwiches and got an attitude with my husband. Going somewhere else from now on.

What really made this visit was the young adults behind the counter, a young lady and a young gentleman. Food was just as we asked for it (and we were picky about it) , it was hot and fresh. I loved that the workers were excited about helping us and talked about their favorites and nee things for us to try. Parking was a little tricky to get in to but there were spots there. Customers were pretty much in and out quickly so the lot was never full really.

Make sure you watch the employees make the sandwich! If you order it for delivery, they'll care even less about getting it right! I just ordered two sandwiches through Door Dash and BOTH breads were BURNT & SUPER HARD! The cheese on the Ham & Cheese Melt wasn't even melted! The sandwich was cold and I literally live only 2mins down the street! GO TO THE SUBWAY ON LASKEY RD. INSTEAD!
