Whoever made my sub today at 2:50pm on a DoorDash delivery order needs a raise!!! That has been the most amazing and delicious sub I’ve ever had in my life! Thank you for such wonderful experience, you’re the best!

Workers outside smoking while I was walking up to go inside to make an order. I ordered a single 6". The woman that walked in to take the order seemed bothered to be doing it. Angry. As though I took her away from her break to purchase food. She wasn't friendly at all and barked food items at me to place on the sandwich.... Like an army cafeteria.
Its not hard to make a sandwich. However ordering a small cup of water... When she wanted to charge me over $2 for a medium size cup to get it. I asked if there were clear cups available like at all of the other Subways I have been to and free... She blamed it on her trainer after arguing a few more times with an attitude. I hate confrontation... I got my water and left. I didn't want to be in there anymore. Do not recommend. They have had nice employees here before ... I will not come back here for awhile hoping that the turnover rate takes care of this problem.

Broadway location doesn't except coupons so 3 subs wich should have been 20 bucks was 37 dollars and the veggies was old smh great service though

A young lady Chelie was working super hard while the other worker watched pretty much as she filled not only a large doordash order but the customers that came in as well....we watched a door dasher scream in be rude a this young lady cause she wasn't fast enough making his door dash order... mangers should praise her and get rid of the young man. That in there with her tonight. 5/28/24 @7:39pm

My husband and I came here to get three subs you can no longer see the whole sub made because they have half the counter covered we wanted our subs toasted with American cheese yet the bread didn’t even look done and he gave us provolone instead of American like we wanted they were the worse subs I’ve ever tasted it was a waist of money my dog didn’t even want to eat it

They really pack my veggie sub.. the south end is the atmosphere problem not subway.

Vegetarian options: Veggie sub costs 8 bux and they ll pack it for you.

I stop at subway today location 1528 Broadway St, Toledo, OH 43609. I got a Veggie 6in and it look like a kid made it this what it look like ? what can be done about this and I also had to keep on repeating myself. I tried to post picture with my comment but not able to for some reason

It took 30 minutes for them to make 2 foot longs and throw a cookie in the oven for 10 seconds. Either I get stuck with employees lying about being closed for the day, or I get a stoner who can't focus on one order at a time.
There were originally 2 people working, but as people started coming in, she made her food and left.
Don't waste your time. Go literally anywhere else.

I just waited 20 minutes to be served and another 10 for my sandwich to be made and to pay. There were 2 online orders ahead of me, only one other physical customer in the store waiting on one of the orders.Look, I was a sandwich artist for 4 years. i could have made those sandwiches in half the time even with not having the bain memorized. I had 3 simple requests: a little extra veggies when i saw how sparsely they were added, extra sauce, and for the sandwich to be quartered. Literally none of those things were done.I have never left a negative review before, but i shouldnt literally have to sit down from waiting to be served at a fast food place that doesnt even have a line. Also, please dont have your employees do a freaking cash-out (and ask the customer if a $5 bill with a corner missing is legal tender) after someone has already been in the store for 30 minutes. I can overlook a lot especially with my experience, but this service was abhorrent.

(Joshua montgomery)in the reviews section talking about the locked doors the reason our doors were locked is because our manager quite and we needed her code to use the register we had no other choice but to take mobile orders because we couldn't close.(Tae mates)Its a SALAD you have to ask for it to be put in the the microwave or ask for use to toast the meatballs and chicken if you did not ask for it to be toasted it will not be toasted and why would eat cold food in the first place seems like a personal problem.(Sierra w) If you speak to him in a respectful manner he will do the same with you he is the manager btw and there is no point in looking up the number we Dont have a corporate office and were not giving our bosses number.(David Hoover)you saw us making your sub you could have asked for more meat you chose not to that sounds like a you problem and you should've never been in our convo in the first place.How about y'all be more specific with y'all orders change your negative attitude in our store and stop giving us hard times and throwing sandwiches at our employees if you come in with a positive attitude and speak respectfully to us I promise we are going to do our best on your subs if not get out of our reviews.

Hope that black as tar chick with the Blonde hair don't work here anymore. She's too sensitive and wayyyyyyyyyy to scary! Been comin here 15.. 20 years! And they have Skum like that working here! Hate to tell you, that the blonde hair looks terribly ridiculous on you. Please refrain from those styles in the future....
