I just waited 20 minutes to be served and another 10 for my sandwich to be made and to pay. There were 2 online orders ahead of me, only one other physical customer in the store waiting on one of the orders.Look, I was a sandwich artist for 4 years. i could have made those sandwiches in half the time even with not having the bain memorized. I had 3 simple requests: a little extra veggies when i saw how sparsely they were added, extra sauce, and for the sandwich to be quartered. Literally none of those things were done.I have never left a negative review before, but i shouldnt literally have to sit down from waiting to be served at a fast food place that doesnt even have a line. Also, please dont have your employees do a freaking cash-out (and ask the customer if a $5 bill with a corner missing is legal tender) after someone has already been in the store for 30 minutes. I can overlook a lot especially with my experience, but this service was abhorrent.

(Joshua montgomery)in the reviews section talking about the locked doors the reason our doors were locked is because our manager quite and we needed her code to use the register we had no other choice but to take mobile orders because we couldn't close.(Tae mates)Its a SALAD you have to ask for it to be put in the the microwave or ask for use to toast the meatballs and chicken if you did not ask for it to be toasted it will not be toasted and why would eat cold food in the first place seems like a personal problem.(Sierra w) If you speak to him in a respectful manner he will do the same with you he is the manager btw and there is no point in looking up the number we Dont have a corporate office and were not giving our bosses number.(David Hoover)you saw us making your sub you could have asked for more meat you chose not to that sounds like a you problem and you should've never been in our convo in the first place.How about y'all be more specific with y'all orders change your negative attitude in our store and stop giving us hard times and throwing sandwiches at our employees if you come in with a positive attitude and speak respectfully to us I promise we are going to do our best on your subs if not get out of our reviews.

Just got into with one of the staff at this location. He is very rude and id like a manager to call me! This man doesn’t need to be working in customer service! I asked for a managers information he said Google it!

Hope that black as tar chick with the Blonde hair don't work here anymore. She's too sensitive and wayyyyyyyyyy to scary! Been comin here 15.. 20 years! And they have Skum like that working here! Hate to tell you, that the blonde hair looks terribly ridiculous on you. Please refrain from those styles in the future....

My girlfriend and I got a salad and sub from there and the meatballs and chicken was cold like they ain’t warm the meat up and my girlfriend salad made her sick because of the meatballs was so cold and my chicken some pieces was hard.

I ordered one of there new sandwiches that was suppose to be bigger then the regular sandwiches . My sandwich latterly haf 2 pieces of meat folded over on to it when I said something to the employee I was ignored twice . My wife's sandwich was the same way I spent 23.00 for bread and veggies. The 2 employees were cussing up a storm while having a conversation with another customer . Stay away from this place the foods a joke and employees are rude and have very foul mouths

Came to this location shortly before 10:30. One worker was making a customers sub and another was restocking. Was greeted and informed they were out of most of the meats and some of the toppings looked at the bread cabinet and saw a 6-inch wheat and 6-inch herbs and cheese with less than half a pack of flatbread. I’d love to say this would fall on the manager but it actually goes much higher than that. Unfortunately subway does not offer a livable wage, therefore they struggle to hold any good employees who need to make ends meet. I have watched every single subway store within a 100mile radius suffer from corporate practices and neglect. I’ll be sad to see them go cause I really love subway, but unless they do a full 180 real quick, I don’t see them pulling out of this nosedive they are committed to.

We went to this location and the doors were locked. A male came to the door and told us online ordering only. We sat in our car and ordered and got our food. We got home and it wasn’t made right. There was lettuce on all of the phillys we bought and missing the banana peppers. We went back to the store and we explain to the male that the subs were wrong. He said there was supposed to be a tag on the bag which made no sense. They had the store closed and he was trying to avoid remaking our food. We were their only customers before they closed early. This is the second time we have had issues at this location. We were turned away while in line stating their computers were down. They closed the door in our face after he said it was their policy that a tag had to be on the bag. This made zero sense as our order was online, they didn’t tag our bag, to no fault of ours if it was their policy. I had to place two orders to get this food and neither of them were right. This store is horrible.

I went to this location to grab dinner and the worker on staff was sitting at a booth and told me the store is closed for 30 minutes because they were on break. The door was opened and there were no signs...I found somewhere else to eat. I was disappointed...

I ordered food to be delivered as a meal my drink and chips didn't come and I didn't get my footlong monster just all vegetables and bread call to complain got hung up on several times will never order from them again I've been in retail and food over 40 years this place is a disgrace
