Went in today and store was disgusting, I was gonna walk right out but I was starving so I ordered a sandwich and the lady was rude and rushing me and when I got home to eat my sandwich the lettuce was brown and soggy and the ranch tasted like it went bad. Never eating here again.

Went with wife and ordered 2 foot long subs and then proceeded to check out and they told me that they don't except coupons never will go back again and I eat at subway at least twice a week

First time at this location. Waited 30+ minutes for a curbside order that was never brought out. Went inside and my order was just sitting there right behind the counter. Received my now cold ass food after asking for it and wont be coming back to this location.

People seem very nice that work for that place. However sometimes they don't have food prepared to make sandwiches and like tonight I went in there and they're taking mobile orders only. I don't know who runs this restaurant or who owns it. But they really need to start training their staff better. It takes certain people to work retail because I too have worked retail customer service is one of the hardest jobs on the planet. But if you're not willing to do the work then you need to start firing people because this is ridiculous

This is the worst subway in toledo the halfway make the food I came in at 1PM and they were out of almost every ingredient needed to make my sandwich then told me they not cutting anymore so I could order something from or get nothing they also refused to open anymore bread so I couldn't even get the bread I wanted they refused to make one of the new sandwiches and nachos because it's too much work the 2 African American women always doing that and while they're being rude or ignoring what you want they try to bring you up before you get your food so you can't back out and say nevermind the food cold under cooked and 80 percent of the sandwich is sauce I've been here twice looking for decent subway never again if you in the mood drive an extra 5 minutes and go to another one you will thank yourself

There is one particular person who is the reason I will never come back here. He’s the short white boy with glasses who is rude- couldn’t get his name bc he wasn’t wearing his tag.

I truly try to give people the benefit of the doubt and rarely give poor reviews. However, he is consistently rude to me and my husband. After three attempts of turning the other cheek I will never step foot in this subway again

As a amazon delivery driver, we sometimes need to use the restroom, i've used the restroom here before and all of a sudden. They said that you have to buy something to use the restroom...!?

Pulled in an hour before close. Workers watched me pull up as 2 customers were walking out. Workers ran to door and locked it and proceeded to tell me they were closed. I will be getting a hold of corporate. You are hired to do a job and stay open to the hours that are posted.

Went in to order food this kid with red hair wouldn't heat the meat up because he said there was too many people in there I will be filling a complaint with better business bureau this subway will never get service from us again this isn't the first time either

Ordered online. Bread wasnt cooked all the way. Added toppings that i didnt even order. Gave me wrong bread on both sandwiches. Didnt toast or cut my sub. All around horrible will go to another location next time.
