Had to wait a little while but it was completely worth it, some of the best sushi I've ever had. A very hard-working family restaurant that I can't recommend enough to anyone who enjoys delicious

Every time we visit Sushi Yoshi, they treat us like family. The food is always fresh and so good. I love the quiet atmosphere, no loud music, and a soft tv show in the background. It's small but it's got so much heart.

Seriously Amazing! I love sushi, and Sushi Yoshi has the most wonderful selection of rolls. Service was outstanding! Amy is the best! I highly recommend.

The food quality and wait are worth it, and the service was phenomenal. The only downside was lack of parking.Parking: It's in a strip mall near the busy Franklin Park Mall, but don't let this deter you from a locally-owned, family, great quality sushi restaurant.

The decor n was beautiful and the ambience is chill.The rolls are filling and nicely portioned.The menu is a bit intimidating ( multiple options. Great casual spot for sushi, steak and Asian fare! Cocktail menu looks amazing but I didn't try one this visit. Will need to go back! Hostess was friendly and thoughtful.Vegetarian options: I ordered Pineapple fried rice with vegetables and cashews. It can in a half pineapple as a bowl, and oh so good! Many other vegetarian options, and fish and seafood as well.Parking: Easy in and out at the traffic light.

I'm updating my review. We went several years ago and thought the sushi was mediocre. Went back several months ago and thought it was phenomenal. Since then, our last few orders have been mediocre again. I'm not sure what happened, but we are hoping things go back to phenomenal so I can update once again! The ambiance is still better than most strip mall sushi places and service is still fast and friendly.

Great service. Food was good but the chicken and shrimp hibachi end pieces were very overcooked. Had the dumplings which are 10/10!! And the Pink lady roll which was great too. Family loves it so it's on our regular visit places.

My husband and I did not have a good experience on Valentine’s Day. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy, but we waited over an hour for food that wasn’t good. People who arrived after us were being served before us and my dish came out 15 minutes before my husband’s. We had to ask about his food and I honestly think the kitchen forgot it. It’s a small restaurant and every table but 1 had no food, it was just taking a ridiculous amount of time.I didn’t even end up eating my fried rice because it tasted so strongly of onion, I couldn’t taste anything else. The shrimp tails were also left on the shrimp in the rice, which I thought was odd. My husband’s salmon nigiri was very chewy and fishy in an unpleasant way. Not sure if the fish was old or low quality but it’s bothering his stomach now.The waitress was doing her best and was very nice though. We were excited to try a new place and left very disappointed.

The food was great! The salad was amazing, and the sushi tasted fresh. The staff was nice and welcoming; the staff made me feel I was right at home! Unfortunately, we ordered a chicken tempura, but were given a shrimp tempura instead. Regardless, it tasted wonderfully. I will definitely return hoping to try the chicken tempura next time.

Really good food. The sushi was excellent, the kani salad on top was perfect. The Gyoza were cooked to perfection. Took a to go order of Pineapple fried shrimp home and the next day, it was just as delicious ? check it out if you haven't done so yet!
