Ordered bean burritos, they have almost nothing in them. Each burrito less than 1.5 inches in width. Pretty much tortillas with a smear of beans and half a cup of sour cream. Wish this would let me post the pictures on the review.

Food is what you expect. Service is abysmal. I can go to a sit down restaurant for less cost, faster service and better quality. Took 1.5 hours for an online order. Will not return.

So glad the y2k menu came back! But y'all workers have no clue how to make a double decker supreme. I paid more to make it a supreme and you didn't even make it a supreme. You added red chips to it that don't belong and no sour cream as I paid extra for it. It's literally just a taco.... get it together! The young lady at the window was very sweet though.
It took two and a half hours for me to get my food when I had it delivered from the front street store. After the first hour I called, asked if perhaps they didn’t receive the order. Was told they ‘ran out of food’ due to how busy it was and they’re making my order now.
So I thank them and hang up, wait another hour and decide to call my doordasher instead. He told me they told him that they think the order was stolen or something, so not only did they blatantly lie to me, I waited two hours before the doordasher (who was great by the way) was even handed the food and when it was delivered every single item in it was wrong as it was missing two items as well as all sauces.
I tried my best to be patient about it but god, two hours? Lies? Wrong order on a $40 order? That’s unacceptable, and when I called to tell them it was wrong, they told me I had to refund through DoorDash even though I ordered from the Taco Bell app lol. It’s just ridiculous. Don’t eat here, the other Taco Bell’s in the area are much more superior.
