I stopped at the drive threw at 11pm. At 1115 when I made it to the speaker they rudely told me to come back in 10min because shift change! I go back at 1210am to get 2 door dash orders. And again after wait in line for more than average wait time I was greeted by a rude person not even starting with “Hello” just a we are only serving door dash.so I give her the 2 orders I have and was told to come back in 10 min. Like frfr how do you expect to sustain a business like that?

They really take forever here maybe they struggle with workers maybe they need better managers I really don't know but to take 10 min to make 2 chicken enchilada burritos? Come on guys, speed up you're going to lose customers I know I'm about done

I'm a door dasher, so time is money. I have no problem waiting on a order, but to be totally ignored for 20 minutes is just plain WRONG! For people in the store, 2 were working somewhat, the other two were standing having a good old time. I'll b try not to go back in the future! Bad management to say the least. Date is 3/24/24.1:40 pm

Showed up 48 minutes before close, the manager stated they only have chicken an only willing to serve chicken an manager was disrespectful on the phone when asking store number for the review, I rather not go to this location at all and travel a extra 15 minutes out of my way to the Oregon Navarre location or even the woodville location. HIGHLY UNSATISFYING AND NOT CUSTOMER READY AND IRRITATED BEING MISTREATED LIKE MY TIME DIDNT MATTER.

Very unprofessional. All employees working night shift were arguing with each other. I ordered online and showed up still waiting AN HOUR! for the food and it was not all there. I called back to see if I can just pick it up tomorrow and they left me on the phone for 5 min while I heard them talking about other problems going on.

WOW!!!! they made everything correctly and it was so yum yum. me and all my gal pals had a big fatty moment and ate a ton of food and the workers were so nice about it!! my burrito was so good and i was nourished by the baja blast???
