Store didn't want to take orders at 2:30 am so they obviously just took their headsets off to not work anymore. Ignored all of the customers that came through and very obviously hid to avoid customers. Terrible service and all workers are always rude, don’t come here especially late at night. Don’t waste your time on this store, horrible management.

We ordered inside and did not have an issue with our order at all however an elderly couple came and did not understand or want to use the self order machines and asked for help and the person behind the counter would not help them by taking their order so they left. Shame on you, customer service is part of your freaking job!!!

The food from this location most of the time is amazing. Especially during the day time. However the second you order food during the night, everything goes to crap. I ordered last night around 10:40, very late but they are open very late as well. My order was not scheduled to be ready until 11:54. I ordered 1 chalupa, 1 chicken cantina crispy taco, 1 burrito, and some cinnabons. It should not take over an hour to make that food and deliver it. Not to mention when I opened my crispy cantina taco it had CHAR on it. Honestly super dissatisfied, I know this location has had issues with the night shift but this is honestly unprofessional and unreasonable. I wish i could have gotten a refund for what I ordered

The short white 4 eyed girl manager on shift tonight was every bit of unprofessional. Her cashier rung up my order wrong and the manager had the audacity to tell me I had to order ANOTHER viggie bowl if I want it remade right after they put chicken on the first one. I did even eat a bite out of the bowl. I have never in my life dealt with someone so nasty in attitude. She is very arrogant and do not care about customers. In summary, do not eat here if you see this white girl on staff. She is such an unfair and nasty human being. I’m so done with this location.

Completely worthless. The drive through is slow beyond belief. The counter is run by special people and I don't mean that in a good way. They do not care about the drive through and happily lock the doors even when they should be open. The special employees let hygiene slip to the point where they shouldn't touch food. To many others close by to bother with this dump.

Took 15 minutes from order paid for to actually come out. We were dining in and somehow the drive thru was priority over us.
Very polite when taking your order, food was spot on and fast . After giving up taco bell for a couple of years , mainly due to the service and other things. I gave them another try , glad I did . Definitely will go back.

The child this location has as a manager is rude. May want to try management training class. Apparently sick, with gloves and a walmart mask on handling food. Someone should let her know that leaving your nose exposed outside the mask does not work.

Had two online orders and one came through as we drove up to the window. Time from telling them of the order to the drive through window was about 15-30 seconds before the other order was even made. They had already known about the order and name of the order as we had told them at the box but still made us drive to get back in line. We drove around the building and got “back in line” only to be up immediately because no one else was in the mobile line making the drive absolutely pointless. Slammed the windows and had horrible customer service. This Taco Bell always disappoints.
