Normally, I love Taco Bell but this one on central always has some problem with something. The one night we waited over 35 minutes in the drive-thru and still no one moved, they forgotten some of our food, they've given me the wrong change but this was the worst, I ordered my favorite chalupa and the shell was hard and crunchy that it hurt my teeth to chew.

Took 30 minutes to get our food after paying for it. Walked out at 7:03 Food was cold. Manager on duty was rude as could be when I complained about the time it took to get our order. All she could say was I'm sorry and walked away. Wouldn't have been a problem if people who came in after us had been waiting but 4 people who placed orders later got their food first plus drive thru who came in after us. They called our order when it was ready and forgot the cups. Had to shout to get a workers attention to get them. Go to Airport hwy or Conant St locations. Avoid this one at all costs. Always slow and getting slower. 0 stars if I could

After a door dasher took our mobile order, the staff refused to remake it, and also refused to give us a refund. You should get a better system if it's a const a nt problem that you know about. We will be contacting corporate about the abysmal service and the rotten attitudes from the staff. The managers name was Alisha. What a horrible way to start a 3hr drive for a family vacation, having two starving small children.

What’s the point in ordering extra beef if there is going to be LESS beef than normal. Literally pathetic.
Need to update signs with hours. Just went through the drive through right before 0800 and one of the team members present said they won’t open until 9 or 10 am and that they were waiting in another employee.

I’m like 100% sure they don’t know how to train staff because someone asked if we had a pickup in the drive threw then when I answered immediately they never responded and switched over to the other drive through lane! So I pulled up after they ignored us for 4 cars because maybe they heard us? And no they told us to pull around again and our order was literally just drinks. By that time I was just fed up and left because I wasn’t waiting in line again. Wasted $10 and couldn’t cancel my order

Put in a Mobile order on the app and showed up at the location at 1:30 am. Both Google and the app say the location closes at 3 am. I pull up to the drive thru and get no response for 15 minutes before I see employee closing up and leaving the building. I didn't get my food. I didn't get a refund for my order.
