I live less than half a mile from this Taco Bell. I went inside and placed an order on the kiosk. When I got home my 12 pack of soft shell Taco Supremes were cold. As if they were never hot. We had to heat them up in the microwave. Probably won't be back.

Placed a mobile order well before closing. Arrived to find, they were out of the stuff we ordered online (chalupa supreme/grilled cheese burrito), their replacement was just regular tacos (when we asked for a refund they said no), and then we didn't even get all of them.

I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have never had a bad experience. I feel like this location is raising the bar! With the rising food prices one of the things I always fear is paying a premium for food and feeling ripped off after getting it. This location has never let me down!

So me, my boyfriend, and his brother went to this taco bell since it's the closest to our house, we ordered 2 quesadilla combos (one chicken and one cheese), a grilled steak burrito, and one extra chicken quesadilla. When we received our order they first forgot our 2nd Baja blast because we were supposed to have 2 because of the combos, then we checked the bag and one of the quesadillas were missing, so we went back to the window and told them, they kept questioning us to the point they got the other manager involved, she kept proceeding to accuse us for basically lying about not getting our full order, we showed them the recipe and I offered to even give them the bag to look themselves but the one worker/other manager said they couldn't take it so my boyfriend recorded the fact we weren't lying and recorded all the food we got and showed them right after, and they STILL said we were lying and that she for sure put 3 and "knew" she put 3 in the bag, when she obviously could see it wasn't in the video, then eventually after going back and fourth she said "give me the bag hun" so we did and she rummaged through it so bad to the point where our tacos also spilled out into the bag (they were fine before we let her see the bag), STILL proceeded to say that there were 3 when there literally never was with like 5 attempts at proving so and they still acused us of lying, ruined our food that we did already receive, and we also payed for everything including the quesadilla in the beginning so as a paying customer, the manager wasn't being professional at all and accusing a customer of lying about a missing cheese quesadilla is crazy honestly (quesadillas are so expensive there so obviously I expect and want the food I PAID for) no problems with the initial workers we talked to but as soon as she got to the window she was already accusing us of lying and just having a super disrespectful tone. Probably never going to go back to this Taco Bell and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to because they don't have their shit together at all, that whole place is a mess. I've also been trying to get an interview with them for like the past 2 weeks but after that situation, I will not be working at that shitshow lmao. One more thing to add to this, is that they didn't even finish the quesadilla that they forgot the first time we went through, it wasn't grilled for as long as it's supposed to (I've worked at Taco Bell for over a year before so ik how they're supposed to look) it was grilled for maybe 8 seconds as it's basically not even grilled, also didn't cut it, threw it in the bag all bent up and weird so yeah they're very petty over something they genuinely forgot themselves and something we quite literally paid for in the beginning so yeah ‍

Tried to order a Baja blast freeze and received a Baja blast soft drink. When asking kindly at the window for the freeze the burnout working the window started to freak out and refused to make the freeze. Save your time and headache and just go to the next one, all the employees have an attitude here.

I've been to just about every taco bell in Toledo. This taco bell does a great job of catering to my strange and bizarre needs. I came here and essentially made my own fake protein bowl with just all of the meat elements in the menu and some cheese. They gave me all the sides I wanted without any hassle or any judgment. The person taking my order was fast and efficient and friendly. I come here often enough and it's always pleasant. 9 out of 10 will always come back.

Tried to eat lunch here today. I was told to enter my own order in the kiosk. Not sure, but isn't that the person's job on the employee side of the counter? I'm the customer and they take my order??? I left.Customer service just doesn't exist anymore...TACO BELL BLOWS.

Just went to Taco Bell at 5323 Monroe St. in Toledo. This is the most awful mishandling of food by far I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. We had a Mexican pizza dumped in the bag on top of everything, cinnamon twist dumped in too, quesadilla crumbled into a ball. Needless to say we did not eat our food and wasted $30. I suggest you completely avoid this location if you want to eat the food you pay for. We tried to call the store and big surprise their phone has been busy all night. Good thing they have surveys on the receipt.
