Y'all clearly need help. Just being able to fog a mirror shouldn't be the low bar for employment. I get not liking your job, but the people here bring it to a new low. The girl at the window didn't say one word when I pulled up, when I gave her my money, when she handed me my food or when she gave me my change. The food was cold, sloppy, and wrong.

Went through the drive through and left..had to turn around because we were missing 3 items. Waited in line with no one manning the front, no acknowledgement by any staff..and they had a line of customers waiting. Staff seemed overwhelmed and rude. On our way home realized that the chicken in our cantina stuff wasn't even the right kind of chicken and the chicken quesadillas we got barely had any cheese in them. Will not be going back to this location.

Order a dragonfruit Refresca and the cashier ring it as a strawberry anyways, I’m not sure if they know how to do other drinks. The drink also tasted like they just dipped the fruit in the water and took it out. It was basically flavored water.

I don't expect much from fast food but the fact that there is no working ice, most of the soda pop concentrate was out and worst of all, workers were screaming and had their kids in while they were working and then eating food out in the open, sucking food off her fingers and not even washing their hands before going back behind the counter. And place was filthy. Most ghetto place I've ever been in. Will never be back. Should be closed down

Allie is holding the fort DOWN!!!! Who ever owns this TB there is no AC in the back for your staff, and it’s making everyone (but Allie) cranky. Take care of your employees, do better. Allie, thank you for everything. It’s hot back there and yall are short staffed but Allie is still giving great customer service 😊

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at taco bell! Order was messed entirely up, food was made very sloppy, missing items. We ordered on the mobile app and this location was not busy but still order was incorrect and missing items. Staff was very nonchalant.

I've ordered from this location consistently since the week it opened in mid 2021. Easily over 100 times. Only issue I've had with my order is sometimes they forget the cup of nacho cheese. I also typically substitute black beans for meat and they've always gotten it correct. This used to be a HUGE problem years ago, before Taco Bell made a veggie menu. I see a lot of bad reviews for this location because of the wait times, which are a big problem. I think it's usually due to lack of staff. I also only use the app when ordering and I'll order at least 15-20 minutes before arriving. Always around dinner time, so I'm sure it's worse late at night. Keep in mind your order will disappear from their screens after an hour.. It's happened to me.. I've also abandoned food after waiting too long. I felt compelled to write this review after I was given someone elses order on Friday. They said my name and then handed me the food. I asked everyone waiting if it was for them, it wasn't taped shut, so not a doordash or mobile order. I left with the food and realized it was a 16 item order! I want to sincerely apologize to the person whose order I took and the staff if they had to remake everything! That being said, I'll be back again and again and again..!
