Ordered Xtra steak on 4 tacos got charged 7.00 xtra and only received 3 small pieces on each Taco loaded with lettuce and disgusting. Will not return and I will tell others to beware of the disgusting treatment and theft

Food we got was not fresh at all. Did not taste right whatsoever. Every now and again we are behind cause of appts and get something fast to eat. But it should not be that hard to make orders fresh and how people order them.

Worst experience ever. We waited for almost 45 mins for our order and nothing was correct. Will never go to this one again
A rude employee made me wait 20+ minutes for my fiesta potatoes because I asked her about some cheese .. and obviously didn’t let her superior know about it at all I had to go back around the line to get my potatoes but to my surprise the manager on shift very politely told me to pull forward and scolded the Caucasian older lady with red lipstick on ..and gave me two fiesta potatoes and apologized for her mistake !! I will only be coming back if she is there .. don’t want nobody else handling my food.

Anytime I order from the Broadway location I’ve had nothing but problems whether it’s in person, pickup or delivery from 3rd party Provider. The whole staff including management is rude and unprofessional. I literally will go out of my way to another Taco Bell location which is 10 minutes the opposite way to avoid this one at all costs because they are THAT terrible. They can’t get any order right, they will accuse you of lying about food you truly did not get. I’ve been cussed out by staff and when I called and talked to a supervisor they offered me $5 off my next order.
Tonight, I placed a door dash order and unfortunately when doing so you can’t decide which location the food is coming from. My order was suppose to arrive around 8:46pm. When I check the app around 9pm it showed a new driver was assigned so I reached out to the driver. They responded that the store either didn’t make the food or gave it to the wrong door dasher. I waited til about 9:20pm and checked the app again. This time it showed another driver was assigned so I texted the number again and didn’t get a response. I tried calling the store and few times who never picked up. Now it’s 9:56pm and still nothing.

I owe this place a few review to be honest. I often come here around 2am when I get off of work and the staff are always on it. I've never had a bad drive thru experience and usually my food is pretty good and fresh. Definitely one of the better ones I've gone to in the city.
