A rude employee made me wait 20+ minutes for my fiesta potatoes because I asked her about some cheese .. and obviously didn’t let her superior know about it at all I had to go back around the line to get my potatoes but to my surprise the manager on shift very politely told me to pull forward and scolded the Caucasian older lady with red lipstick on ..and gave me two fiesta potatoes and apologized for her mistake !! I will only be coming back if she is there .. don’t want nobody else handling my food.

Anytime I order from the Broadway location I’ve had nothing but problems whether it’s in person, pickup or delivery from 3rd party Provider. The whole staff including management is rude and unprofessional. I literally will go out of my way to another Taco Bell location which is 10 minutes the opposite way to avoid this one at all costs because they are THAT terrible. They can’t get any order right, they will accuse you of lying about food you truly did not get. I’ve been cussed out by staff and when I called and talked to a supervisor they offered me $5 off my next order.
Tonight, I placed a door dash order and unfortunately when doing so you can’t decide which location the food is coming from. My order was suppose to arrive around 8:46pm. When I check the app around 9pm it showed a new driver was assigned so I reached out to the driver. They responded that the store either didn’t make the food or gave it to the wrong door dasher. I waited til about 9:20pm and checked the app again. This time it showed another driver was assigned so I texted the number again and didn’t get a response. I tried calling the store and few times who never picked up. Now it’s 9:56pm and still nothing.

I owe this place a few review to be honest. I often come here around 2am when I get off of work and the staff are always on it. I've never had a bad drive thru experience and usually my food is pretty good and fresh. Definitely one of the better ones I've gone to in the city.

I had order Me and my husband the crunchwrap meal for 2 there was support to be no tomato, on both of the crunchwrap and there was tomatoes on there. The food was nasty and cold when we got it. And I paid 13.50 for the 2meals very disappointed.... Won't be back to that Tacobell again

Horrible.... Absolutely the worst we have tried to order door dash from this crap store three times and each time the food is incorrect... It is my most sincere hope that w the increase in poor customer service mom and pop Mexican restaurants get more business we have decided to just start ordering from those restaurants

The foods cold, the tortilla wasn't even thrown on to heat up its raw, I didn't get my 2 extra cheese cups I paid for, no straws, fries cold and Soggy just overall the food was

Overall, a rather decent taco bell experience! I didn't get sick, didn't have the runs, and my food was fresh. ? I typically go for the vegan options here and they are the easiest on my system but I'll tear up a cantina taco or chicken quesadilla! The speed of the drive thru was not quick but the friendliness was definitely there.
