They can work on their customer service. The lady at the window was not inviting at all. I ordered a side of sour cream and they forgot it of course. Had to ask for napkins and sauce didn’t offer an option. Service was quick. Late night run!

I'd beware of this location. I accidentally chose this location in the app and thought I'd just go with it and try it out because its only down the road from the location I had meant to go to originally. The drive through wait time was, no exaggeration, 40 minutes. And they have that type of drive through where once someone is behind you, you cant pull out and leave. So, if you see a line, perhaps choose a different spot.

So I guess this store doesn’t like the truth I’m a door dasher but I have a main job too and those jobs included Taco Bell and McDonald’s. Taco Bell should take no longer than 5-10 minutes. It’s shell meat, cheese, lettuce, and some more topping here and there. My store would have green times on a football Friday night with only 3 people.

This is one of the better toco bell I have ate at. Above average food for a toco bell. I got a tocos and I will say that the shell was crispy and the meat was fresh. The burritos were fresh and very good. This toco bell is clean and nice with a polite staff. If you like Taco Bell then come to this location.

This Taco Bell (3149 Dorr St, Toledo, OH) is one of the worst locations I’ve been to. They are always out of something no matter when you go. The night shift employees are rude and do not care about customer service. The food is often undercooked or not made properly, which makes me worry about health and safety. Honestly, the food department needs to check this location because they clearly are not doing their job the way they should. This has happened to me twice within 4 days, and I won’t be coming back.
