Workers for drive thru act like you put them on the schedule. Literally dropped my drink in my hand and made a disgusted face. AND they changed the size of the chicken quesadillas and are saying they didn’t 😂. My quesadilla somehow fit in a box, make that make sense. I went inside to speak with a manager who served the exact same energy the drive thru girl did. So I asked for the assistant GM, she had just been transferred to the store. I explained my concerns and was told she would talk to the drive thru girl. For the price of their food this is BS. 100% will be driving to the other Dorr location moving forward. It’s not that hard to slap a smile on and be polite. Especially when you’re on the clock. (Note I was not given a receipt for my transaction so I can’t even name the girl, my transaction happened 07-14-2025 @ 4:35pm..order # 133)

we had horrible customer service, the lady at the window rolled her eyes at us when we asked if we could have a cup holder ( i could understand if we were being rude but all we asked for was a cup holder). her mic was barely working and she caught an attitude when we told her that we could barely hear her. they were also very low on inventory - no ice, no cup holders, and barely any drink choices. we ordered a crunch-wrap supreme and there was barely anything in it - little meat, no sour cream (even though it’s a supreme), no tomatoes, whole bunch of lettuce, and no cheese. that’s literally false advertising. on the board it shows all of those ingredients in the wrap. it just a whole bunch of dough and lettuce and i spent over $30 at the establishment. i also ordered nacho fries and there was barely any fries in it the container. and then theres a policy that states only one order per car, she told us we had to go around if we had more than one order. so you want us to come around more that once if we had multiple orders??? i would not recommend this taco bell, i will be going to the one on airport and hill!!!

I came here on February 14, 2025 at 11:47 pm and was met with disgusting service staff!! I stood in line, they told me that they wouldn’t give me my order, so I went inside to get it, I went in, then they began to let the cars go, and I stood there and then waited for my order…. I told them that now it’s my turn, I stood in line in my car and now I’m standing and they let other cars go instead of letting me go!!! Horrible staff and service!!!!

No ice, no drink , and nobody sauces. They failed to tell me they where out of 1 drink while ordering, ok cool, I change my drink, they're out of that too ...ok WHAT EVER. pick yet another drink and there is no ice, So im like what the heck man , he goes oh we are out of ice.... got no drink and no sauce, but a whole lot of attitude. Smh this was my first time at this location and I won't be returning... and upon opending my 7$lux box the food was stuck to the wrappers like it was sitting there forever everything was cold and rock hard im so disappointed i was starving and can't even eat it. Im ganna call the health department since my cheese was green. 🤢 do not recommend 😒
Cars not moving wrapped around the building... I called the store to see if there was any chance we could get food in the next 20 mins bc this was the second Taco Bell we stopped at... The first one said it closed at 3am but the guy at the drive through said they decided to close at 1am... The woman at this taco bell said they were too busy doing door dash orders to run the drive through... These taco bells are an embarrassment to the franchise

When u tell them no tomatoes sometimes they still put them on ur food. You pay extra for extra sour cream and u barely get any. This has happened to me several times
