We went there before they remodeled the meat was bad , then we went again it was good

With fast food you always have to consider a little bit of imperfection, however the experience I had tonight was something that cannot be ignored. I was trying to wrap up a nice evening at the zoo with my friends by dining in at a Taco Bell like we did when we were younger. Group of 7 of us, it was around 8:15-8:20 when we came in. 3 of us began ordering on the screen and the screens got shut off on us, then we were told that the lobby is closed. We managed to shrug it off and go through the drive thru, we were in 3 cars, by the time it was our turn to order, the person on the microphone told us the steamer is down and we couldn't order quesadillas, and cheesy gordita crunches.. which is what we wanted. What's funny is that the first car in our group, got cheesy gordita crunches, so we got blatantly lied to. We ended up going to the Alexis taco bell which was a much more pleasant experience.

I had a hard time wrapping my mind around the carelessness, lack of professionalism, disrespect and lazyness happening here. To have the self-order kiosk shut off on us 3 hours prior to the advertised lobby-close time, to then go through the drive thru and be told they don't have items that they clearly have, is absurd. -10/10

We've never been to this location before but chose it because it received the prettiest remodel recently. If I owned this building I'd love to know if it was being run like a circus because it's just gonna bleed clients and re-route them to other locations that run like a well oiled machine. But who am I? Just somebody that wanted to exchange some money for a pleasant dinner experience with some friends. Never coming back lmao

Came in with a group of friends around 8-8:30 and tried to use the kiosks to dine in. While we were in the middle of placing our orders, the employees immediately turned them off, told us their dining room was closed and that we needed to go through the drive thru. We proceeded to the drive thru and after placing our orders, they told our friends who also came in a separate car that they were unable to make many of the items that we had literally just ordered in the drive thru minutes before them. After getting our food we also noticed that they neglected to give us sauces we had requested, no plastic utensils for our potatoes and no straws for our drinks. Two thumbs down. 0/10

This taco bell is a train wreck. Went inside to have dinner at 8:30.They then shut off the kiosk while we were in the middle using them to place our orders. They told us the dining room was closed due to lack of staff. We decided to go through the drive through like they said to, all of us in three separate cars, where they told us they were out of quesadillas, melts, and cheesy gordita crunches amongst other things. It didn’t make sense to us because our friends who were in the car in front of us got those exact things but somehow they got the last of said items. I would understand not having things if it was closer to closing time but somehow they were out of everything at 8:30. The staff was very unfriendly with the whole interaction and we are super disappointed with the service we received. If you want taco bell I would go to a different one.

Tried to order in the lobby at 8:30pm and the employees said there weren't enough people to have the lobby open and turned off the self service kiosks AS WE WERE ORDERING FOOD. Why not just lock the doors? Then asked us to go through the drive thru just to tell us they were out of everything and couldn't make our orders. This location is open until 3am, and they ran out of quesadillas at 8:30pm? This math ain't checking out. This is why the Central Taco Bell eats your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Y'all are terrible.

Came in around 8pm with a group of friends after our trip to the lights before Christmas. We wanted to warm up and dine in. They were not busy at all. We started to use the self serve kiosks then they turned them off as we were using them. They told us they didn’t have the employees and the lobby was closed. They told us to go to the drive through.

We took all three cars to the drive-thru. They took everyone’s order except for our car (the third vehicle). They told us they we could not order quesadillas, melts, grillers, cheesey Gordita crunches which is literally everything we wanted.

Keep in mind both our friends ahead of us got ALL of those items. So they lied. It was clear they didn’t want to take our orders. They also gave NO sauces, napkins, forks or straws.

Smh. We had to go to a different Taco Bell on Alexis and had such a better experience. Weird…

Went through the drive-through on my way home to grab dinner.

If I could rate them negative stars, I absolutely would.

I attempted to order a modified #4 Combo, Supreme Crunch Wrap with Steak instead Ground Beef, Guacamole instead of Lettuce and Pico instead of Tomatoes. The taco I asked sub chicken for ground beef and sub guac for lettuce but at that point I already got the unfriendly response “sorry we can’t do that”.

Was doing a UberEATS order when I came out from picking up my order, car wouldn't start, the taco bell staff was awesome and came out and one of them let me hook up jumper cables to there car and was able to get mine running again! Thank you too all 3 of them for there help!
