I had one of the absolute worst days of my life—mentally and emotionally, I was at my limit and had been crying non-stop. I placed a mobile order and waited in the designated pick-up spot, but my order was accidentally left sitting on the counter.
When I came inside to ask about it, I explained what had happened, and the entire staff at the 2234 W Alexis Rd, Toledo location couldn’t have been kinder. They immediately remade my entire order without hesitation and even offered me free items for the inconvenience. But what really mattered to me wasn’t the food—it was how genuinely compassionate and understanding they were.
In a moment where I felt like giving up, they went out of their way to make my night better. Their kindness reminded me that there are still good people in the world. I walked out with more than a meal—I walked out feeling seen.
Thank you to the entire team. You made a real difference in someone’s life tonight, and I’ll never forget it.

I love this location! I always go to it whenever I want Taco Bell! The food is fresh, and the atmosphere is usually quiet (besides the manager screaming, but when isn't that normal at fast food 🤣). The worker Jaden is so friendly and easy to talk to. He makes sure my order is always correct and perfect, just how I like it. I would like this employee to get the recognition he deserves! The whole staff is so awesome at that! I'd love to come back to this place again and again!
