Very clean location, the staff are friendly and courteous. The General Manager Andrea has created a great customer service culture there, I drive past two Taco Bell’s just to get better service at this location

Came to Taco Bell close to 3:30pm. I ordered a little over $12 worth of food gave the cashier a $50 and the exact cents. She said she couldn’t break the $50 because they just switched drawers. So there isn’t $38 dollars in the drawer when you change drawers????? It wasn’t a $100 bill. I only had $50 so now that food has gone to waste and I wasn’t able to get my kids food before heading to an appointment that I was in a time crunch to get to. I also had to ask the cashier for my change back she was just holding it in her hand instead of handing it to me when I told her that’s all I had.

So I went in on 11/3/25 All the staff there was amazing but the manager was cussing at customers all because a guy said his order was wrong. as for the food I have never add a taco from there that was intact

Serenity has been very nice every time I’ve come around and the food quality has been much better recently.
The people that work there are rude and are incapable of doing their job correctly 😬 like you're literally a grown adult working at taco bell, if you're gonna be bitter about that maybe you should've went to college. Keyanna S and whoever else was working today needs to be trained on manners because clearly they lack the skills.

I had one of the absolute worst days of my life—mentally and emotionally, I was at my limit and had been crying non-stop. I placed a mobile order and waited in the designated pick-up spot, but my order was accidentally left sitting on the counter.
When I came inside to ask about it, I explained what had happened, and the entire staff at the 2234 W Alexis Rd, Toledo location couldn’t have been kinder. They immediately remade my entire order without hesitation and even offered me free items for the inconvenience. But what really mattered to me wasn’t the food—it was how genuinely compassionate and understanding they were.
In a moment where I felt like giving up, they went out of their way to make my night better. Their kindness reminded me that there are still good people in the world. I walked out with more than a meal—I walked out feeling seen.
Thank you to the entire team. You made a real difference in someone’s life tonight, and I’ll never forget it.
