Walk in no one greet me. Stood at front counter for 5-7 mins before they ask if I been helped. Everything is on kiosk. I never use those things! Everyone can’t read! Not even a menu up. It’s on kiosk also. No interaction with customers. No hello or come again.

Seriously the slowest Taco Bell ever. Ordered on the mobile app, showed up a couple minutes after the "ready" time and still had to wait almost a half hour. What's the point of ordering ahead if it's still not going to be ready? 1 car ahead of us on the drive thru. We still had to pull around to where the delivery drivers go to park and wait. Was getting to the point I almost went in to just cancel the order.
Too much damn money for absolute junk-so I'm calling this location out. 1525 East Alexis. Store#005759. This was just awful food. Lunch -ordered Mexican pizzas and hard tacos. Burnt shells that tasted like rancid oil so bad, literally like 3 strands of cheese on "lettuce" Taco. AND the shit was cold.

Extremely disappointed. Was told to pull around and park that they would bring my drive thru order out. After 15 minutes I went in and it still wasn't done. Finally get my order and go home. Taco shells are smshed, Mexican pizzas have hardly anything in or on them and no sauce after being told it was in the bag. Get it together people

If you can help it, do not come here. On a regular basis, their staff is exceptionally understaffed and you will wait for crazy amounts of time (20, 30, 40 minutes) even when there's just a couple cars. My mom waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes on a mobile order after they told her to pull around. She walked into the restaurant twice and she was sent back out to wait for the food. She waited 40 minutes for 8 items. 40 minutes, for 8 items. They were not busy, there is no excuse. It is wildly pathetic and wildly outrageous. Do not give your business to this establishment, do not use the app, do not waste your time on overpriced "fast food" that takes longer than a full dining experience at a full-service restaurant.

Was told only taking mobile or door dasher orders. Explained app was saying "uh oh forbidden" and was told try again, which i did. Would not work. Got an attitude from the voice on the speaker. Finally took my order. Was told to pull around and wait because I didn't order on the app...WHICH AGAIN, WASN'T WORKING. Then was basically thrown my food with a "here." Customer service is severely lacking.
