Really uncomfortably asked me to pull all the way around the building to the window after I was already there waiting for my food. I was the only car waiting. I’m sure it’s because of some metric but why should I waste my gas driving around your building? Management should be aware.

Absolute worst off of the worst work here. I pretty much never leave a review for fast food but I don’t think it gets much lower. Every single thing I ordered literally fell apart in the wrappers. There was no line, nobody else waiting before or after me. I’ll never go back and will tell everyone I know, do not go to this Taco Bell. Hope the owners see this review and do dominion about this franchise location while they still can…

Slower than molasses. Waited over 20 min for 3 items inside, was told they’re “shortstaffed” which I understand happens, but there was one total other customer while I was here, unacknowledged for over ten min at a time

When entering the lady said that we must order our food through the kiosk. I’m not sure about you, but I do not work at Taco Bell. That is the only Taco Bell or establishment that I’ve ever been at that you must order your own food through a computer. Once we heard that, we walked back out. And went to a different facility ( Applebee’s ), And we paid extra, but we were trying to order our own food through a computer.

Customer Service was a bit scattered however I do believe there were some new people being trained so I understand 👍

Anytime you go in there and you stand at the register everybody will turn around and look at you and not say nothing they won't say give me a moment I'll be right with you. They will let you just stand there. So this black lady was giving somebody they food and try to walk right past me like I wasn't standing there I told her who I was here for she doesn't say nothing she turns around gets the bag and throws it on the counter to me not knowing I was recording the whole encounter then she turned around and walks away like she didn't do nothing I will be reporting you to corporate and BBB

Placed an order on the kiosk and the staff forgot my steak and cheese burrito. As soon as I walked in and inquired my mans ninja flipped backwards to the back lot where they keep the cows and asked me what part of the cow I wanted for my steak. He threw the shredded steak from across the kitchen into the oven and wall jumped over and slammed it shut. Never had a burrito so fast in life. Props to you my man, that burrito hit the spot.
