First off, the cashier name “Stella” shouldn’t be dealing with public let alone work in the “service “ industry. When it was my turn and I approached the counter, she didn’t greet me , didn’t say hi or anything to me. However , she was chatty and friendly with the African American guy who was before me. So I am guessing she is only friendly to her own race, not other races. Management you need to train Stella on how to have customer service skills. She was very unfriendly to me, rude and acted like I was bothering her by ordering food. Then I had told her I was getting the combo which I paid $6 extra for that comes with onion rings, drink and onion, tomato, lettuce and pickles in my fish sandwich. I had told her to make sure that onion and pickles are added. But guess what happened when I got the order! No pickles , no onion. What kind of poor excuse of a worker is this? Manager! You need to have a talk with Stella and tell her to do her job right. Absolutely baffling!

$14 Grilled Chicken "Club" Obviously pre cooked and held at temp. It came out so fast there is no way it was cooked fresh. Dry, small, cold, and not edible. Even though I used points, it was a total waste. Rude staff.

Kudos to Tiara! There were problems with the cash register system and not so good quality food. But she went above and beyond to make our experience correct and as pleasurable as possible.
The time on there web site says they open at 9. They then decided that they were not opening till 10. Then when asked again they said they were not opening till 11. Change your hours on your website and at your business location so that customer's are aware of them. Your business hours should be clearly stated at your business locationNo one wants to wait around just to be told they have to wait longer. All in all horrible customer service. ? Tables were also all dirty from the lack of care from the previous shift. Yuk!

Usually get the seafood combo, it's just a frozen breaded fish filet and 6 panko frozen shrimp with fries, but it's hot and tasty.

I have eaten here before, and the food was good. Tonight however, I got fish and chips, and the fish was so greasy I couldn't eat it, you could see the grease in it. My friend ordered chicken chunks, and I'm not even sure what he got. It was about 4 chunks with fries in top and some kind of gravy or something. Pretty sure I won't eat there again. That food was way too expensive just to have to throw it away!!!
They close at 11 or 12 but google says 2 am don't waste your money here if they can't even update their hours of operation that tells you how reliable they are on their food
Amazing cheese fries. ?

Having enjoyed this restaurant in the past I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered the pork belly appetizer and the four pieces were dry with no flavor. The potatoes were bland and the burnt Brussels were also flavorless. The lobster bisque was good, but the onion soup is lousy. Less taste than Lipton's and a minuscule amount of cheese. I was served an under cooked lobster which was confirmed by the kitchen. Gross! Free desserts were offered, but my chocolate cake was served without ice cream because they had run out! We were not informed of this until we asked for it. Our consensus was the cake tasted like a frozen grocery store cake. I wonder if it was the chef's day off?
Waited for 45 minutes for main entree! Mushrooms cold!! “ Big party in back” excuse given. Really not my problem. Go yearly for Anniversary! 3rd annual trip. And this time was disappointing! Will find new spot for next June 25th Celebration! Disappointing For the prices I do expect perfection
The food was very good just not hot enough. I would have expected the serving dishes to be hit as well to keep the food hot or at least warm. Entrees and sides were both just warm to cool.
I won a contest to go there. It was my very first time. And I felt like me and my mom was treated like we were too poor to be there. I have very bad mental health and with the server we had i went from excited to try there to I don't want to be there. I wanted to cry. We weren't asked how the food was, and he seemed to have a very bad attitude with the food we ordered. My mom wanted to try their chicken I personally have a small appetite so I only had the lobster bisque, and was satisfied with that. He never wanted to come check on us and when he did he was ready to push us out. I asked out of there not even wanting to step foot in the casino.
Our first time to Final Cut. We were greeted at the door by the hostess. Seated but we moved because we preferred the booths. Very comfy and cozy. Food was fabulous lobster tails filet with baked potato Brussel sprouts lobster bisque rolls/butter and comp appetizer and dessert for our 40th Anniversary. A bit pricey but service was awesome 5 ⭐️ and food was 5 ⭐️ We would return.
