My fiancé and I ate here tonight. The food was good however we ordered the cheese fries and they came out with just cheese on them when the menu described bacon on it. I asked our waiter Seth and he said it would be 50 cents for a cup of bacon bits when we have gotten it before. My fiance got the New York strip and like any other time our server has him cut into it he did not. He didn’t have the best attitude and we ate our dinner with empty dishes on the table so there wasn’t much room. Dessert wasn’t mentioned after we were done. We’ve been to this location a few times and never had an issue but tonight was a little disappointing. I would say the food was great but the service could have been better

The service was great couldn't have asked for better but when it cam to the food some was ok and some was terrible I had a pulled pork dinner and the taste and smell was hot dog water. imagine ordering pulled pork and burping up hot dog water for the next day.However not all the food was bad the burgers here are excellent the battered onion is delicious fried pickles not so great food is hit and miss.

The manager here by the name of Seph Adams hung up on us and refused to service us all because of our culture. He spoke to us demeaning and rude. I would like corporate to follow up. This is for sure racial profiling.

My wife loves the shis-kabob . It's roasted with a selection of vegetables and full of flavor. Instead of getting the bed of rice, she prefers two choices that being, mash potatoes with rich brown gravy, and green beans.

This place is always very busy, with no place to stand and wait (which is always at least 15 minutes). Very loud atmosphere. All beef hot dog from kids menu looked and felt like it had been under the heat lamp for hours.

So last week we ordered salmon and steak . Got home and there was only one container in the bag. So I figured they just forgot my salmon. Well my utensil and butter bag had my ticket taped to it, but my one container of food had a name Maria on it. So they forgot my whole 59 dollar order. Mistakes happen but they have a rude incompetent manager name Sky who is rude and basically told me I was lying. Well Maria’s ticket had her number on it so I called Maria’s number and guesss what she got the wrong order as well. Long story short go to the one in Holland. Sky is a horrible manager.
