Service is fine and Atmosphere is good. However, the food quality is not worth the money at All. We ordered Filet mignon which was really not worth the money very dry and tasteless and the meat cut is definetly not Filet mignon. Fried mushroom was disgusting we couldnt even eat more than a bite. asparagus was uncooked. It was definetly an experience not worth $240 and for sure we wont come back.

If you’re going to charge that much for a steak, the quality should match the price.

Wife and I ate at the chop house for our anniversary. It was a fabulous dining experience. Everything was top notch and one of our better dining experiences in Toledo. Paul was our server and the pace of the meal was spot on. Our drinks we generous pours and delicious. The steaks were properly cooked and better than any I could have done on my home grill. Its the first I'd been back in that building since it was a bank back in the day and its ambiance is exactly what you should expect from an upscale downtown dining experience.

I eat at a lot of upscale restaurants, I love good food. Unfortunately the Chop House - Toledo isn't one of the restaurants I'll ever visit again. I'm from the Detroit area and was visiting a friend. I ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon and it came medium well, the server (who was wonderful and worked there a good while) told me that the kitchen had a tendency to under cook the meat. I can deal with a rare steak. Dinner for 2 came to well over $400 so in my opinion this place is over priced for the food you get. The service was decent and the atmosphere was quite average at best.

My fault thought the place was open. Door was open, hostess was very rude telling me they weren’t open. It was literally 4:57 and I completely understand and was happy to wait but there was no need for that rude behavior.

I sat at the bar at 5:01 and was met by a polite good bartender. I ordered a corona which comes in a bottle and he proceeded to pour it in a glass with out asking me. The lime I was given was very dry and obviously not fresh.

I looked at the menu and waited for over 20 mins before I was asked anything. 8 people joined the bar in that time and the bartender never stopped working and that’s not the issue…. At a brand like chop house you should know the flow of a service and it’s just not acceptable to make me sit there hungry and frustrated. If you need more people then put them on. I paid my tab without ordering food and won’t be back.

amazing upscale white glove experience. I highly recommend to valet your vehicle for easy walk in experience I don't feel like looking for the parking garage.
We were seated quickly only thing I didn't like was the tablet menu it was hard pressing the links for some of the menu items. we ordered lamb chop lollypops lobster bisque and for entree we got the pork chops and I got the beef Wellington. sides were extra but they are big enough to share you get like 5 pounds of smashed potatoes and that would of been enough for both of us but we got the asparagus too. staff was extremely attentive switching out plates and silverware the entire meal we were celebrating my girlfriends 40th and they brought us a dessert with a candle with was very nice. dress up for sure at this place. great experience

The food was TOP TEIRRRRR and ROB just made everything 1000% better!! This was a perfect way to end my birthday. You would think we knew ROB before that’s how amazing he was. He made us feel extremely comfortable. Did I say the food was OVER THE TOP AMAZING like top quality but the price??? How was is that cheap for everything we got?? I can go to another restaurant get less and the food wouldn’t even be as good and tender as THE CHOP HOUSE. will be back❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely delicious food and amazing service. We got the steak bite appetizer, Cesar salad, the $130 steak for two, and the baked mac and cheese. No drinks this time but the final bill was just over 200 bucks. Everything tasted great and we were good and full afterward. They brought my wife out a card and small desert for her birthday. They even packed up thr bone to take home for our dog, which he absolutely loved as well. Would recommend this restaurant for any big celebrations in your life.

High quality food and dining experience. Best thing on the menu is the New York Strip (with roasted garlic, herbs and butter). Enjoyed the French Green beans as well.

Never been disappointed in this place. Definitely the nicest restaurant in Toledo. I've had Rob as our waiter a few times and he's always exceptional.
