The hostess looked mad when we walked in. Our server took 10+ minutes to come to our table. She never came back with drinks, so we had to ask someone. We had to ask someone else for plates for our table. She came back and we asked for more water. She didn't bring it, so we got up and took a pitcher from the fridge near our table. It was a terrible experience.
The food was good but when we waited 30 minutes in line for the buffet everything was gone except the ribeye and scraps on the rest. Less than a spoon of potatoes. No pork. Some carrots, and most things were empty. It was definitely busy so I don't blame any of the staff but we also waited for food to come out and it did not. Crazy night and I get it but we did not get much food.
Came for the New Year's Eve event. Poorly planned, food was all cold and minimal variety of options. For $50 a person you hope for at least something to be good, wouldn't recommend.
Good food and nice place. Only thing that was a little disappointing was they ran out of food early. So the people we were with didn't get to eat.
Food was wonderful, staff was great. We had a fabulous New Year's Eve there. But definitely do it again next year.
Initially okay, empty but fine, steak came out overcooked to the point where it was inedible and if that wasn't enough, we had a DJ set up strobe lights directly in front of us, mind you the place was empty, it was an intimate date night for us, which they knew from the reservation details, they proceeded to blare music and leave. Would go negative stars if possible which is a shame because years ago the heights was incredible. Needs a revamp as the venue is too good to be this bad on a Friday night.
Always enjoy frequenting this very nice restaurant/bar when I am in town. The thanksgiving buffet was quite good- only ding is that the rolls and cranberry sauce were not available at the start. C'mon, man! You gotta have them on Thanksgiving. Pleasantly surprised by the salmon- not a traditional offering but one of my favorite dishes so I ain't complaining. Overall, great time.
We made a reservation for Thanksgiving brunch. When booking the reservation through open table, there was an option to select the Thanksgiving buffet or ordering from the main menu. Our family has several food allergies to navigate and that can be challenging with a buffet so I chose the main menu option. Our party each traveled about 2 hours to meet (coming from Michigan and Indiana) for our brunch and when we were seated we learned that there was no option for the main menu, buffet only, and there was an error in the open table reservation option. The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful with working out options for us, reviewing ingredients etc. It really saved the morning since we were all in from two different states and only had that brunch together for this particular holiday! Food was great, service was so far above and beyond, I've literally never had better care and service before and we travel and explore restaurants a lot!! I absolutely recommend checking them out! Even the manager of Brim House in the same building jumped in to help in a jam so highly recommend their service too!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone involved!!!!!
Really cool spot for drinks and bites. Unfortunately service felt barely there but it was fine. And rolling tables with wheels were annoying.
Love the views & atmosphere. Food is just ok. Service was not great. Asked for refills that we never got.

drinks superb. atmosphere 10/10 but unless they got a new chef since cinco de mayo no way Id ever go back for food.
I came last night for an anniversary dinner, this was me and my partners first date experience and we wanted to come back for nostalgia. I remember the menu being bigger and having a lot more higher quality items (i.e. charcuterie board, calamari, etc.) for a fair price. I was not disappointed with the experience at all, just a little disappointed that the food options felt poor. It felt as though the options were between a variety of pizzas or a steak/burger. There were so many fries we took home two boxes. I would come again, it's a great ambiance, but i feel that the dinner menu needs to be looked at again/brought back to what it looked like a year or so ago.
I love this place so much!! Wonderful view and the bartenders are usually pretty nice too.
Not a great anniversary spot for us. Valet service was a joke right from the the start. Then seated at 3 different tables because they had chairs missing all over. The servers weren't attentive and then valet to leave, we waited in the cold because the guy that had are keys was in another level which was the only reason I valet in the first place because my wife wore a dress. The Halloween decor was too tacky and the live music was unnecessary in my opinion. Wasn't as classy as it used to be overall. Not excited to ever go back.
The place was our go-to for a drink to show Toledo to guests from out of town. But this last visit was eye opening. The place is tired and dirty. Parking was outrageous. We'll look for a new go-to going forward.
