I just had the most delicious vegan breakfast! I had the sausage gravy and biscuits, sausage and cheese muffin, home fries, and a strawberry white chocolate chip cookie. The food was seasoned just right and the textures were precise! That cookie had me dancing all the way home!!!

This is an INCREDIBLE place! The food is absolutely delicious and 100% vegan. Even if you’re not vegan, I promise the food will be to your liking. Seriously. The staff is very friendly and the owner even came out and greeted us while we were eating. The atmosphere is beautiful and has a lot of seating indoors and outside. The biscuit bowl was insane! So many flavors and so filling! They not only have a large, tasty menu with a lot of options, they also have a lot of great desserts to choose from. We traveled over 3 hours to give this place a try, and we do not regret it. You won’t be disappointed with this restaurant!

What can I say? We love this place. Summertime sitting on the patio for breakfast, our favorite dish bring the Biscuit Bowl. Coffee to die for. Lunch we love taco salad, chik’n sandwich, chik’n chunks, especially sweet chili, their French fries are so good especially with their ketchup. The service is always friendly and outstanding. What a treat to have a vegan restaurant in Toledo!
Loved that everything was vegan. Had the breakfast burrito, sweet chili fried chicken sandwich, and artichoke cakes Benedict. Benedict and Burrito were both really great. Atmosphere was funky and cool, in an old brick building with a cool shaded patio. The only thing that we didn’t love was the salad dressing and sides of ketchup came in small disposable plastic containers. Staff was super on top of things and incredibly nice. They gave our son an extra waffle they accidentally made. Highly recommend!

The Hawaiian sandwich was sooo good with the pineapple on it and the chips were tasty as well! Downtown Toledo is so lucky to have such great vegetarian restaurant!
We love having an all vegan restaurant close to home, especially one whose owners are engaged in the vegan community and explore creative ideas for events and dishes.
They also have a food truck and can be found around the area, which means vegan options are often available at fairs, concerts, and markets.
They also serve breakfast - my favorite!!! One of the best things I’ve eaten recently is their vegan chicken and waffles…soooo good! And those nachos??? Stop it!

This is THE place to go for excellent vegan food in Toledo! This was my second visit - on my first visit, I forgot to take pictures because I gobbled down my food too quickly!I love the Leaf and Seed because they serve the food that I really missed being able to have at restaurants with friends and family - chikn wraps, chikn chunks, nachos, etc. They also have desserts, beer, and local kombucha.Today, we ordered the Chikn Bacon Wrap and BBQ Chikn Chunks, which we both loved. I don't know how they make the chikn, probably through some kind of magic, but even my non-vegan boyfriend loves it because it looks, tastes, and feels like chicken.I have to call out how good the fries are here. They remind me of Five Guys fries.I tried their artichoke burger from the food truck before, and it's beautiful. It's very reminiscent of a crab cake. I am a snobby New Englander, so this is the highest of compliments!We also got two cupcakes to go - Lemon Lavender and Strawberry Lemon! You will be full and satisfied when you leave the Leaf and Seed.PS: They have their own parking lot, so you don't have to dread parallel parking.
