Pizza so greasy couldn't even eat it then when I say something to the manger I get yelled at and hung up on had to go there and demand a refund or they make me another pizza they gave me another pizza and I disvuted it with my cc company got my money back ordered a new card and all set now

You can’t beat a small pizza with 2 toppings for 10 bucks. On top of that, it’s (in my opinion) one of the best, if not THE best, pizzas in Toledo. Especially if you like the sauce that’s a little more on the sweet side and you get the spicy sausage to offset it. Cheese to the edge with a perfect crunch and not too much dough so you get a chance to enjoy it without feeling like you swallowed a brick the rest of the day. I’ll continue to go here for as long as I’m in the area

Seemed as though they just wanted to service you and get you on your way even though they were not even busy. Barely came back to check on us and I had to go ask for my water refill.

First let me start by saying I have been a regular customer here for years, today I ordered online through their website and when I got home, I noticed my pizza was missing the EXTRA turkey bacon that I PERSONALLY ORDERED. I call the store, they put the manager on the phone and instead of trying to RECTIFY the situation with a REGULAR customer, he want's to tell me that he is looking at my ticket, and I ordered extra turkey. The pizza was cold, was not made right and the manager want's to blame the customer. Not a good look Gino's! Do better! You sure don't mind taking my money and not giving me what I know I ordered on YOUR WEBSITE! No longer a customer!
They will soon rise to be what it used to be a family entertainment party place! Music, Games, Trivia, Magic,Balloons, and good tasting foods! New Owners, and they will be here for a long time! Puppetbots On The Go Family ENTERTAINER will hope to play a part with even a well known Puppetbot Characters to make memories.

the past 2 times i’ve been here i was served by the younger ginger lady at the drive thru, she is always so kind it makes our day! i’ve never left a review but after such a great interaction i felt i had to. this will definitely be our go to location now, it’s lovely having such great customer as well as the best pizza around!!
