My family frequents Gino’s! It’s fairly priced and delicious every time. My order is always correct and the drive thru is an added bonus! I oftentimes get the same ladies at the window. They’re always pleasant and quick. I wish I knew their names, they really are worthy of a shout out!!

This establishment has some of the best pizza in town. I just wish they’d bring back the buffet. We indulged in their pizza, cookies, and dessert. All three were phenomenal. They’ve cleaned up and redecorated the dining room. It’s very clean and welcoming. Having always been a Mr. Atomic fan, I enjoy the decor. I definitely recommend.
The service I experienced around 4pm was excellent, today on mothers day. The lady at the front counter was extremely nice & helpful. Even went above and beyond for my order!

I have been the biggest Gino’s fan my entire life.. but I can say that after tonight I will NEVER give them my business again. Forgot half our order, pizza not made correctly. Called to inform them and ask if we can be refunded for the item we never received.. “okay then just don’t come pick it up, we already charged your card.” And hung up. 😂😂 absolutely insane. Guess I’ll stick to Amy’s from now on :)

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service at Gino’s. The staff and general manager were not only unprofessional but outright rude and disrespectful. Customers were left sitting in the drive-thru line for extended periods without any acknowledgment or assistance. I personally waited over an hour for my order, which is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when I tried to call and inquire about my order, I was hung up on. The lack of courtesy and communication is appalling. I was then told I needed to get out of my car and come inside to pick up my order—during an active thunderstorm.
This experience was beyond frustrating and showed a total disregard for customer service. I will not be returning and strongly encourage management to retrain staff on how to treat paying customers with basic respect and professionalism.
