This is, by far, the best pizza in Toledo. It is pricey, however.This establishment is in the old Ponderosa restaurant from the 1980's but it's not open for dine-in - which is a shame. The potential with all that room and this phenomenal product could take your experience through the roof.But for now, plan ahead in ordering this take-home gem. The hours of operation can be spotty.

Ordered for the first time placed order with a worker at 1130 am ..He stated my pizza would be ready for pickup at 4:30 pm . got there at 4:25 the did not even start to cook the pizza

The vast majority of the time, the restaurant is drive thru only.Their district manager is clearly a genius. This brilliant person came up with the idea of, because Uber Eats hadn't paid for the food, to refuse to send any of it out, and instead, waste it, and screw over the drivers who are supposed to deliver them, and any customers who placed the orders.They'd rather waste the food, out of spite, than send it out, and see if they couldn't get Uber to pay them when whatever 'bug' is resolved.Clearly this restaurant won't be around much longer, based on the appearance of their locations, and how they're being run

This was the first time ever having Gino's but I wouldn't ever recommend this place. The price for the food is not worth it! The people working messed up my order and of course I already left the area so I had to call and they didn't want to fix it (I live out of town). The people working were standing around talking about people rather than helping the man at the counter dealing with people or making the food. The atmosphere felt like they were supposed to be closed or shut down. Now I could have gotten a bad location clearly but I really don't know if I would even give them another try.

This is what I’m coming to say after my first visit here at this location on Alexis Road in Toledo, OH. First I want to give a complete high five to the team that was working there tonight. This was Thursday, July 13, 2023 at approximately 7 PM in the evening. Three young girls, and one young man and I only know his name is Caleb because of somebody calling for him. I don’t know who the owner is of the store or the higher manager but for you to let this team of people work under the conditions they were in; you ought to be ashamed of yourself for not keeping tabs on them and finding more help.These people were in there, busting their tails off and there was no air conditioning going with over 82 degrees inside. You could feel in when you walked in there. Lines were lining up outside and there was at least three other people in front of me when I went on the inside. They deserve a high commendation. I can tell you that for what they were having to endure I most certainly wouldn’t. I get it no one wants to work these days and that’s a shame in itself but these folks were young and someone needs to make sure they are compensated somehow to so much as keeping them there.Whoever you folks were working this night; bravo to you!!!Dietary restrictions: Needed gluten free so the cauliflower was good!

Have loved this pizza since I can remember getting pizza as a kid. I always make a stop at Gino's when I am in town and always get the best pizza from them. Was a little sad to see them having staffing troubles and hope management pays more to get more staff in as it was sad to see so many closed on Sunday and Monday and with hiring signs plastered all over. Great pizza and I hope they get back to where they once were.
