Excellent shakes and service. Phone ahead if you're in a hurry, they make each shake to order and perfection takes a few minutes.

Shakes are amazing! and so is the staff! I live across the state line and it’s worth the drive!

My daughter and I ordered eggels (bagel sandwiches) and coffee online. They were both projected to be ready around 10 a.m. We arrived just after 10. As we walked in, I asked the young man at the counter where to go to pick up online orders and he directed me down to the other end of the counter. We stood there and waited. We listened to the employees discuss their New Years Eve plans, jewelry, etc, etc, We watched multiple other people come in, order, and leave. Finally, after 25 minutes, we were able to get the attention of an employee and asked about our order. It was ready and waiting. The young man I had spoken to upon entering had come down to that end of the counter, so clearly at least one person knew we were waiting for an online order. None of the other employees even acknowledged our existence. By the time we got our order, the eggels were lukewarm, as was the coffee. To top it off, once we were already in the car, my daughter found a hair in hers. Disgusting. I definitely won't go back and would not recommend this location to anyone.

The shakes are amazing. Healthy and good. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Best protein shakes ever!!!! The teas are energizing and refreshing - my go to is the Beauty and the Beast tea and I love the Snickers shake. My hubby gets Arnold Palmer and Peanut butter cup. 13,11,9 and 3 year old kids love it too!

I love coming to the Spot Sylvania to hang out and have a shake. Their daily tea combo's are BOMB and the staff so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciate the dedication Tiff has to herself and to her nutrition business. She truly leads a healthy, active lifestyle that everyone should aspire to, and she's always ready to help newcomers aboard. Her business atmosphere is that of a welcoming, inviting, and relaxing space - it's no secret that Tiff's staff has taken her vision and ran with it as they are ready to share their stories behind the bar just as Tiff does hers. I will always come back to this Spot if nothing else than for the consistently delicious shakes and teas.

They have a menu that can cover every craving and if you aren't sure what to get, the helpful and knowledgeable staff are more than happy to offer suggestions. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed. Come for the floating bench, stay for the Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie!

If you are looking for a great atmosphere to enjoy a healthy nutritional meal then this is the place to be. The staff is amazing and friendly! The daily specials are amazing, everything is here is great. Not sure what to get the ladies behind the counter with guide you to your best choices. Don’t miss out, I have yet to be disappointed!

Super nice employees but I’m going to be honest on hereWhen I first arrived I was confused to see there were no prices listed anywhere and specials were confusing. I ordered the special which was 3$ off and still didn’t know the price. After my drinks were made I was told my total was over 12$ for the 2 drinks (that was with the 3$ off). I then decided I wanted to try a protein donut as well. Which was 3$ so my total was over 15$ for 2 drinks and a small donut. After paying for my drinks the employee then took me to the back where she allowed me to choose the donut I wanted. After choosing my donut she began picking it up with her bare fingers. This is a health code violation especially with Covid-19 happening right now. This was very unsanitary. The whole experience just felt very unorganized. I am still giving 2 stars because the protein shake itself was very good but not sure if it’s worth the 6$-7$ It was. The tea was bland and so was the contaminated donut. On top of all this when I got home I began having stomach pain which is not very common for me leading me to wonder if it was from my drinks and donut. After further research into the Herbalife protein powders they use, I found that some experience extreme health issues from the consumption of these products. If you go there just be prepared to spend upwards of 18$ for just yourself (they recommend you purchase a protein shake with a tea and a donut, I thought my total would be close to 8 or 9$ but with the special it was still over 15$) sure other have had better experiences but besides the nice employees I just wasn’t super impressed.

Great place for healthy options both pre and post workout. Energy Teas are amazing to get your started. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable always happy to help.This place is a must for all of those looking for tasty healthy options.

Amazing shakes and teas!! Love how they have a daily special with shakes and teas not on the menu. The employees are so helpful and happy. Great vibe.
