Was in town visiting back in May, 2023. First time here. The associate explained how things worked. Got 3 blueberry bagels with LOX. They did not have salmon schmear but tried their house made one and it was delicious. Great atmosphere, not rushing me at all, and excellent location. Will return for sure on my next visit.

Do you know how difficult it is to find really good bagels! Coming here was perfect. We took a dozen and a half back to St Louis with us. Great selection and excellent bagels.

The staff is very helpful and attentive to the customers. If you are from the area and want a great sandwich and/or bagel, this is a definite stop. The extra time during lunch spent in line is worth the wait. The delicious food makes up for the shorthanded staff during the week. You can tell the manager takes pride in his store. Great experience all around.

Decent food (we got bagels), but the service is much slower, and for more disorganized, than at Westgate. And the display case that housed the potato and pasta salads, etc., was filthy. Note to Barry's: pump the brakes a bit on the rapid franchising until you can get all your flagship locations back up to par.

Bagels were hot, fresh and amazing! The only down fall is how clean the tables and especially the bathrooms were. I was actually shocked at how grimy the bathroom were. My son is 7 and kept saying it was to dirty to go into. It clearly had not been deep cleaned for several years. So come in for the food but I wouldn't eat inside of this place.

Employees weren't unkind but looked miserable to be there (all 6 of them). The bathroom was filthy- the door looked like it had never been wiped down above and below the handle, the light switch was filthy, and there was black mold below the hand dryer all along the baseboard, the toilet, and up the wall. The drink station counter hadn't been wiped in a long time, and the backsplash looked like it hadn't been wiped in days. The coffee was lukewarm, and my salad came out warm from a refrigerator case that was apparently off or not working. When I mixed the salad up, I found that about 5% of the leaves buried at the bottom were yellow. This used to be a favorite spot, but I don't think we'll be back.

My daughter and I ordered eggels (bagel sandwiches) and coffee online. They were both projected to be ready around 10 a.m. We arrived just after 10. As we walked in, I asked the young man at the counter where to go to pick up online orders and he directed me down to the other end of the counter. We stood there and waited. We listened to the employees discuss their New Years Eve plans, jewelry, etc, etc, We watched multiple other people come in, order, and leave. Finally, after 25 minutes, we were able to get the attention of an employee and asked about our order. It was ready and waiting. The young man I had spoken to upon entering had come down to that end of the counter, so clearly at least one person knew we were waiting for an online order. None of the other employees even acknowledged our existence. By the time we got our order, the eggels were lukewarm, as was the coffee. To top it off, once we were already in the car, my daughter found a hair in hers. Disgusting. I definitely won't go back and would not recommend this location to anyone.
