Went in thru drive thru this morning, the order takers first words were ... Whatcha want ...no enthusiasm no politeness, I had to repeat a simple number 5 with coffee 3 times, got to the window, the expiditor was amazing , my hashborown was cold and hard sausage undercooked . ..

I order online every week to get my grandson chocolate tim bits. I slowly speak and they get the order incorrect. No apologies no reimbursement. Rude children working there. I pay money for wrong items.

The service was subpar. I went through the drive thru. I felt as though I was being rushed to give my order. Then my Tim Bits were old and dry, plus it wasn't the assortment I wanted because I was being rushed. Just didn't care for the service.

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to -- they gave me someone else's drink (I ordered mocha latte, got home to plain coffee with cream), my bagel BELT... the bagel, egg, and bacon were all burnt/overcooked, and my nilla cream donut was very sloppy looking. Never thought I'd rather have McDonald's over Tim Hortons. Disappointed.

Asked for a Cressenr Roll with egg and sausage. My crescent roll was burned but while I was standing at the counter waiting I took notice of the area behind the counter was just a mess. The surfaces of all the machines are a mess and not wiped clean and the floor was a mess. The seating are was not bad but there was no one in there but me. The young man that took my order was very nice. But those back services stations really need cleaned on an oder basis at least wiped off.

I ordered over of their breakfasts wraps, and it came as a jumbled mess of tortillas in the bottom of the package and the rest of the ingredients just tossed on top.

It was super weird and I didn't think the ingredients were actually right too.

My mixed berry smoothie tastes fermented and spoiled, the sandwich was poorly made and it took like 15 minutes.. I got ripped off but I gotta go to work or I'd go back.. I'm already getting a stomach ache

Started ordering at drive thru. Could hardly hear the young man. I asked if he got the extra shot of expresso in our cold brews. His response was “Oh My Gaud!!” I couldn’t believe an EMPLOYEE would talk to a customer like that! I would not order anything from that young man! I would be afraid he would spit in our coffee, he had NO manners!!!

I usually get a bagel with cream cheese and they are always more than generous with the cream cheese, this morning however there was barely a thin layer and most had soaked into the bagel by the time I got home with it, which was not far. The vibe with the employees was less than friendly. The young lady at the window did not speak to me and I greeted her with a good morning and was promptly ignored. The rest of the staff all looked annoyed and grumpy. Consistency is important and customer service is as well. This location has disappointed me now and will make me contemplate future visits.
