Looks like i gave a 1 star 4 years ago and nothings changed. Gave me the wrong donut and the sausage isnt even fully cooked. Pretty sad if you can't get a donut order right.

Don't go here. First I said hot then when they tried to hand me an iced drink, the lady started making fun of me while the window was colsed. She said I told her iced I did not she never even asked. Then I started drinking it it was the wrong coffee all the way around. I've had a few bad experiences the last few times I've gone they never get the order correct because they really don't care about the customer what so ever.

The early morning staff is always so friendly and kind and they get the food out quickly :) One of the only Tim Hortons locations that is actually consistent. Also love the coupons, can get a whole breakfast for $4 to $6.

Love their ice caps and usually their bagels but lately they always burn them and your charging almost 2 dollars for cream cheese and there isn't even enough on there to taste it??

TIM BITS!!! Need I say more! GPS took us through a few neighborhoods of Toledo Ohio before finally landing us in the drive thru just before closing as we traveled back to Kentucky. Thank God they had the BITS! I haven't had them since 2009 when my Pop passed in Rochester NY! They did not disappoint! Honey dipped and chocolate 😋 😋 😋!

Got chicken soup. There was no chicken and the noodles were way over cooked.
Went in thru drive thru this morning, the order takers first words were ... Whatcha want ...no enthusiasm no politeness, I had to repeat a simple number 5 with coffee 3 times, got to the window, the expiditor was amazing , my hashborown was cold and hard sausage undercooked . ..

I order online every week to get my grandson chocolate tim bits. I slowly speak and they get the order incorrect. No apologies no reimbursement. Rude children working there. I pay money for wrong items. Please let me know what will be done. Thank you

The service was subpar. I went through the drive thru. I felt as though I was being rushed to give my order. Then my Tim Bits were old and dry, plus it wasn't the assortment I wanted because I was being rushed. Just didn't care for the service.

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to -- they gave me someone else's drink (I ordered mocha latte, got home to plain coffee with cream), my bagel BELT... the bagel, egg, and bacon were all burnt/overcooked, and my nilla cream donut was very sloppy looking. Never thought I'd rather have McDonald's over Tim Hortons. Disappointed.
