So, very simply this is a combination of the app not being useful and my order being terrible. Both of my orders were made incorrectly after waiting for 15mins. My everything bagel was the only good thing.I requested a refund from thee app. Because this is where I purchased my items. The app requires you to contact the store. Due to the fact they are individually owned. The store requires me to come in to receive the refund. I work and our times will not match up so a simple drink order has turned into a drawn out three day event because that is when our times match up for a refund.I no longer require the refund, because this is a hassle and loss. Therefore, I will no longer be going to Tim Hortons. I enjoyed our time together. Timbits, biscuit sandwiches, & Iced capps and Lattes.God bless

There is no consistency when it comes to coffee I’ve been going to the miracle mile location in Toledo for years. I order the same thing every time. A large ice coffee double double and can promise it will never be the same. I go twice a day once before work and then during lunch so I started going to different locations when possible it’s still hit or miss but not as bad from other locations

They messed up my order, and when i asked for what I wanted, which was an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk, i got a hot vanilla with regular milk, as it said so on the receipt. When i got my correct drink, which they remade, it tasted absolutely horrible. Im not sure what they put in it but it tasted like straight up chemicals, and i threw it straight out. Waste of $4.

Went to this location on 2/12/24 @ 7:30 to get a couple decaf coffee and a couple sandwiches along with some donuts that they may have had left over. I started my order with the coffee and was told they are out of decaffeinated coffee. I said so you won't have any at 4am either? They said yes they just don't have any made and more less are not going to make any. I told them I was told they are full service until they close and they said they weren't. There was no one in the drive thru they usually are slow so that's why I was giving them business but evidently they don't want business so they can pay employees to stand around and do nothing but waste company time. Definitely not going there again. Now I know why they close early and I think they will be the next one on the chopping block for losing money and customers. Its okay McDonald's and speedway always have coffee.

Why is there a big sign that says open 24 hours if it's not open 24 hours? I pulled into the drive through at 10PM on Sat, Jan 6th... all lights were on inside and outside. Sat at the speaker for a few minutes without any response, there was a worker inside that did not say anything. Very unprofessional customer service.
Just keep driving straight do not pull in Tim Hortons this is got to be one of the worst locations you can go to. order made completely wrong went in there to ask to get it made right they just remade it wrong again didn't say a single word to me not sorry nothing the worst customer service if I was the general manager I would seriously rethink hiring a new team

Do not waste your money at this location. Went there this morning and spent 20 dollars only to get cold watered down cappuccinos and the wrong order of doughnuts from a very rude cashier.
