Absolutely horrible customer service. You pay for a supreme and you don’t get the stuff that is consistent with what is supposed to be a supreme. Not to mention I was here three days ago and now they wanna tell me that The exact same drink is completely different now, and not to mention I was an up charge. And whoever the manager was at the counter was very unprofessional and rude. Because I had to ask three separate times for them to fix it and then it was my fault they didn’t make the drink per their drink build up

I always feel like I’m bothering the workers by pulling into the drive through. They never seem happy.

I decided to try the new ice cap and while it was yummy, they were very stingy on the whipped cream.

I do want to say Laura, was so nice! She is the friendliest worker there. She smiled and sound happy to be there. 5 stars for her! Promote her to get her to train everyone else to have customer service skills like hers! She deserves a raise!

Didn't have everything I was looking for BUT the Peppermint Mocha Iced Capp® was AMAZING; also the donuts and TimBits® were fantastic too. Clean location, very nice and helpful staff. First time customer. I WISH there were Tim Horton's more readily in Illinois, like sayyyy Schaumburg or Itasca, just putting it out there. *HINT HINT*

Honestly every single time I come here it’s a bad experience. My drinks are always made wrong & taste nothing like it should, never consistent. My drink I ordered was wrong & when asked to fixed it they did not remake my drink all they did was add to the one already made. It looked & tasted nothing disgusting, it was so rude not to take the time to make the CORRECT DRINK I PAID FOR. As a paying customer it’s honestly so annoying bc I work hard for my money, food is a reward so when it is made with little effort it really makes it feel like a waste of my hard earned money. It sucks because I already know how it’s going to be coming to this store. They workers are always disrespectful ( I have had 2 workers who were actually nice but other then that all bad experience) you can tell they want to rush you out, even with no customers behind me they are in such a hurry to throw your food out the window & get u moving, the food was not cooked all the way, they forgot a donut I ordered & they didn’t even bother fixing the mistake they made on the drink. I have learned my lesson about coming to this specific location I would rather make the drive to Perrysburg where they are actual decent human beings who cares about the job they are doing & the FOOD they are serving. At the end of the day you are working in the food industry you should care about the food ur giving people to eat & the service ur providing, I know it’s fast food but at the end of the day it’s bad service & I will not be returning. Anyone reading this review debating on this location, save ur money & go somewhere actually worth it:

Ordered online for a pick up. When I got to the window to get my food. They didn’t have the croissant that I had paid extra for on a breakfast sandwich. And also did not have any sausage like I had ordered. Only bacon. So I got two sandwiches that I didn’t even want. But could not cancel the order since I placed it in the app. And they said they cannot cancel it. Very disappointed. Reached out to see if I can get it fixed. But received no response. Can not recommend this location

Edit: Reached out like the response asked me to. Still nothing from the restaurant. Management needs work
