I'm not a big complainer but literally ruining my morning I'm going to complain! Cold sausage egg biscuit for one the donuts tasted like they were made in burnt oil for 2 then you put my Boston cream donut in the bag chocolate side down so when I pull my donut out it takes the hole top off ! It's been months since I stopped and spoiled myself with fast food chain breakfast and instead of being the ok normal I get ( I could care less ) service . I know not to expect much from fast food but this is crazy . I literally offered to get my employees Krispy cream donuts Mondays and Tuesdays now to not go to that crap store and yes I understand it's not the hole chain but this is disgusting!!

Worse Tim Hortons in Toledo area!! If you’re going through the drive thru and order a breakfast sandwich you better sit at the window and check your order good. ANY croissant sandwich you order, that isn’t sausage, egg and cheese, will be sausage ,eggs and cheese when they give it to you. Doesn’t matter how much you specify what you want, or how clearly they repeat your order back, you will get what they want to give you. This has been happening there for over a year now. Tim Hortons upper management, corporate, doesn’t give a crap neither. So, check your orders!!!!! Well, tried to get and order, through Grubhub, from this place and, once again, they completely got the order wrong!! This place has to have the worst management in the city. And because of that, the employees, who follow management’s incompetent lead, are the worst in the city as well.

Coffee was terrible,,the whip cream never melted in My Wife's coffee, just a lump of white stuff, Manager did offer to give Her another, but once My Wife gets bad service or food..She is done, My black coffee was fine just to be fair

The one thing that went right is they did heat up my muffins when I asked. Ordered 1 latte and 2 muffins to grab on my way back on my walk. 20 mins later walked into this old building. 5 people behind the counter 1 person in bakery and 7 customers waiting. Only one of the 5 ppl was taking orders and making them. The rest were huddled in drive thru area. I was there 30 mins and walked out with room temperature coffee with only 1 shot of espresso (I paid $11 for 3 shots) and I saw her make 1 shot and put it in with milk. Not a single person smiled at me and with 6 employees on a Monday morning you’d think service would be fast and friendly.
Site says open at 4am, no one is there and store is closed
