Didn't have everything I was looking for BUT the Peppermint Mocha Iced Capp® was AMAZING; also the donuts and TimBits® were fantastic too. Clean location, very nice and helpful staff. First time customer. I WISH there were Tim Horton's more readily in Illinois, like sayyyy Schaumburg or Itasca, just putting it out there. *HINT HINT*
Got my order wrong.. was given a sausage breakfast sandwich instead of bacon and my turkey sandwich minus tomatoes came with tomatoes. Pretty irritating since I repeated the order twice and waited forever at the window to actually get my food. Almost $13 for items that weren't what was ordered. Definitely not happy but you don't know these things until you're gone from the restaurant unless you entirely unwrap each item in the bag prior to leaving the drive thru.

I decided to try the new ice cap and while it was yummy, they were very stingy on the whipped cream.
I do want to say Laura, was so nice! She is the friendliest worker there. She smiled and sound happy to be there. 5 stars for her! Promote her to get her to train everyone else to have customer service skills like hers! She deserves a raise!
