This place is constantly getting my orders wrong. Order a mocha, they give me a matcha. Order a sausage, egg & cheese english muffin, they give me a muffin with egg and cheese - no sausage. Order an egg muffin with bacon and an egg biscuit with sausage, the muffin has sausage and the biscuit has bacon. I can somewhat understand that last one being confusing, but it was a Sunday morning and there were all of five people on the roads because it was snowing like mad. They weren't exactly overrun with customers. Get it together.

Went through the drive-through today. First and last time customer. I ordered a latte and this was the worst latte I have ever had. I stirred it and it was slighter better but still bad. I think that the barista needs better training. Very disappointed.

I'm so pissed .. drove all the way there & all the BACK home just to realize they gave me a KNIFE SCRAPE of cream cheese on my bagel ... now I'm just sitting here , looking like a damn animal ; eating this dry mess ? & they're not even answering the phone .. I can't believe I passed dunkin doughnut just to be disappointed ???♀️ . 0/10 DONT RECOMMEND ??
worst tim hortons ever asked for a bagel double toasted and they burn my bagel to a crisp go back to get another one an when i get them back they’re not even warm and the general manager was very rude i will NEVER BE

I activate my rewards for a free medium drink with purchase (a medium coke), employee says she doesn't know how to work the app. Good customer service is giving me my coke I should of gotten with my order instead I got nothing. SMH. Won't be back here. Customer service training should be in order for this location.

I love me some good Tim Hortons. They have awesome sandwiches to me. The Turkey Bacon club sandwhich with Croissant bread instead of the bread that comes with it. Light Bacon because it's a little salty. But the crisp of the Croissant bread is a new thing.

Bad service, long wait times, when I get my lattes they are usually never stirred so I can distinctly see where the milk ends and espresso begins. I’ve been given a bag of creamers instead of my food item before, and I watched an employee throw my rewards card in the trash and then fish it out when I asked for it back (she said she thought it was a gift card). The only thing that is consistently reliable at this location is the abundance of bad attitudes. I do not recommend this location.
