My husband ordered a dark roast, coffee without cream or sugar, and when he tasted it ,he being a coffee lover, he understood that the coffee was sitting in the pot for hours because it was pungent. I ordered a chai latte and I ordered it as a hot drink and guess what it was cold not like a cold tea but if a hot drink is served cold, so it was nasty.?
The ice cap amazing as always. Their turky bacon club was beyond amazing... definitely in my top 5 . Will be coming back for more in the future.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I went there 1/20/24 around 7:30 p.m. and ordered 3 hot drinks (coffee and 2 hot chocolates). I ordered donuts but was told they didn't have any of the first 4 I requested. Finally settled for 1 donut...got to the window the young lady just looked at me, never greeted me or even told me the total. I just gave her my card and she returned it without a word. Lastly, she proceeded to hand me the hot drinks. I had to request a carrier for them! I will never visit this location again, and strongly discourage anyone I know to do the same.

My husband and I enjoyed the holiday drinks. The staff was so enjoyable. We had a fun visit with these young people. Will stop by again when we are over that way. Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas to all of you.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium hot caramel latte and a chicken panini. There was one person ahead of me. I got to the window and they burnt my panini, had to make a new one, the new one was soggy and not toasted at all. I spent 15 minutes waiting for the panini. Also, when I went to drink the latte, it was served to me half-full. I am not going to fully blame the employees because they are literal teenagers. You need someone there at all times to supervise them and train them how to do things properly. I will not be coming back to this location until there is an actual adult supervising these teenagers.
This is the most ghetto Tim Hortons in Toledo. Terrible service and bad coffee. I go before work sometimes in the evenings, and it’s run by rude teenagers who obviously don’t care about making orders correct. I recently spent over $4 on the pumpkin cream cold brew and they handed it to me laughing. The drink was literally all cream and was clearly made wrong based on presentation alone. Another time I went I was the only one in the drive through line and no cars in the parking lot, yet it still took them 10 minutes to make my drink.

Every time I go, something is always wrong with my order. This morning I went, I asked for a bacon/egg croissant with no egg with a hash brown and juice. Get to work, I have flat grilled croissant with a sausage pattie that was disgusting and an egg. The hash brown always taste old greasy and crunchy. I think I'm just done going to Tim Hortons, that way I won't be disappointed

This is the first time they have actually had the donuts we requested in stock from the several times we have stopped by. They were very yummy tho.In the past they haven't had the requested beverages either.
