I stop by this coffee shop a few times a week, and it’s always such a pleasant experience. The staff are consistently friendly. they greet me with a smile every time, and that means a lot these days. My coffee is always made just they way I order it. They hustle so I’m not waiting. It’s nice to see a place run with that kind of energy. It’s become one of my favorite spots to start the day. good coffee, good people, and a nice atmosphere.

This Tim Hortons is fantastic. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. They always get my special ice coffee order correct and the coffee is always good and fresh. Everyone there is extremely kind…Tay and Adrien are my favorites. Tay and Adrien are extremely personable and always friendly… I can go to another Tim Hortons that is closer to me…but I chose to come to this location. They are the best 😁

So much potential but the consistency is horrible. Good one day and horrible the next. The menu is so simple, how can it be so different all the time and from store to store. Love what they have but they consistently screw it up...all the time. Management issue? Training issue? There's enough other competition. That need to figure it out.

I absolutely love Tim Hortons, the only problem I have? is that if you buy coffee at any Tim Hortons establishment, they taste different. I order almost the same thing every morning at Tim Hortons on Reynolds . Taste great in the morning but once I go to another Tim Hortons or after fist shift, it taste different?? 7 sugars and 4 creams and it’s perfect at the Reynolds location in the morning. Go to any other Tim’s Hortons establishments and it taste totally different?? However, first shift Reynolds road. Excellent!!!
I’m here to give the scoop on the restroom… no toilet paper! They only have the brown paper towel. That does not cut it at all! Do better, go to dollar tree and get some if you are out!

This was my first time ever coming to Tim Hortons. I relocated here from Atlanta Georgia. I came through the drive-through and ordered a few things and then I wanted to try a Lemon Cake Donut. I’m not sure of the name of the lady that took my order, but she was very nice and she told me that they had no more lemon cake donuts. I really wanted one and she actually made sure that they made me a fresh hot lemon cake donut. She told me it was going to be a seven minute wait, but it was much less than that and when I got that donut, it was so fresh and delicious With the warm glaze icing. That type of customer service you don’t just get anywhere. That’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything like this, so I called the store and complimented the manager and she was so happy to hear this. Let’s make a difference in the world as consumers. When good things happen we as people need to call in or complement management and staff and tell them the good things they do, not just the bad things that you experience. Tim Hortons on Reynolds Road in Toledo Ohio has definitely gained a new customer.

I got the number one and my egg was cold. Sandwich wasn’t even lukewarm at best hash brown was floppy and cold as well.
Would recommend for everyone safe friendly environment clean and a good overall place to eat and go.
