What a clusterfuck, waste of time. ordered 6 donuts , 2 coffees with cream. was given a hot chocolate… they gave me 2 coffees with 4 creams.. went back, went inside.. 2 people in line.. 25 minutes later left and wrote it off as a loss… Buy American coffee, terrible service.

I’ve come here every now and then before work for breakfast and usually it’s okay but the last couple times have not been good. Customer service is typically rude or monotonous, like they don’t care. Today, I ordered my food and they got pretty much none of it right and I had to say something 3 times about different items. Given the wrong size drink, not being given the meal I ordered, and almost forgetting the muffin I ordered as well. The lady asked me if it was for another order and I said no this was my order (mind you there was only one person in front of me and no one in the store that I could see to justify being busy or overwhelmed with orders for accuracy). Very disappointing and I will be taking my business to a different location now.

I placed an order on their website for delivery. They canceled the order without any reason provided. I called the store to see what happened and the employee said she wasn't sure why it was canceled and that I could call Door Dash customer service to find out why. I did not place an order through door dash, I placed it directly with the store. I should not have to call another company that I did not do business with for an answer. I am disabled and needed the delivery service. Very disappointed in this transaction and explanation for poor service.
The service was great, as were the Tim bites. I was not a fan of my bagel, but it was probably my fault for not specifying that the bagel be toasted. The eggs were fresh! And that was much appreciated.

Cashier started to walk away into the back when we were about to order, no help, or suggested items. We ordered a sandwich and the lady working said they were out of bread and forced is to substitute it on a bagel instead, how does this place stay open? No ones making bread, at a bakery?? Ordered the Oreo cold drink and there was more Oreo on the lid than in the drink. Timbits were hard and i don’t think a bird would pick them off the pavement.
Went to sit down and not a single booth in the entire restaurant are you kidding me?
This was my first experience at this franchise, won’t be coming back soon.

Can't trust anyone to focus on accuracy anymore. The woman that took my BREAKFAST order this morning on my 30 minute break gave me an entirely different lunch order with tomato and turkey. Now im out my money, break, and food with no way to get reimbursed.People dont have time to drive around town and go back for messups. So irritating.
